I bought a win10 key and it was not working
I tried to activate the key based on their description and it was sadly not working. Its too bad but happens with everyone so I contacted their support. Within 2 hours (which is not super fast but good enough) they answered giving me instructions how to solve the problem. A conversation started through email and from that point they answered within a couple of minutes. When they was convinced that the key is wrong they sent me a new one which worked fine. During the conversation the support team was nice and respectful they did a great job just how I every support should work when you contact them. The fact that they sent a non working activation key is not that nice but most likely it was not their fault and the way how they handled and solved the situation was a 5 star experience. I think they are 100% trustworthy. Well recommended.
