G2 Property Renovations has just completed a refurb on one of my rental properties.We,and the prospective new tenant, are all delighted with the results.
They are a very professional company - on time for first meeting and handing over keys,estimate received exactly when promised and work done on time and in budget. We were able to just hand over the keys and leave everything to them -internal and external decoration and repairs, new bathroom,joinery repairs,GSC and any thing else that needed doing. David and his team have just finished a total renovation of my mum’s house which was seriously damaged by a burst pipe. From the moment I called David in a panic, he arrived promptly to assess the damage and immediately took over. The service we received included him dealing with the insurance company which meant that the only decisions we had to make were choosing a new kitchen, bathroom etc. The refurbishment has been completed to an extremely high standard and we are delighted with the work carried out by David and his team.
I also used G2 property renovations in my own house 18 months ago. The work done included a new shower room being fitted and a total refurbishment of my kitchen and utility room as well as decoration throughout the house. Because of the high standard of the work carried out I had absolutely no hesitation on calling David when disaster hit my mum’s house. Thank you David and the team.

I used David McCabe and G2 Property Renovations for my new project because of the insurance financed work they'd done on a previous water damaged apartment I'd owned. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they'd dealt with it. I was also pleased that they were effectively a one stop shop (building, joinery, electrical, heating etc).
So when I saw the upper converison apartment for sale and the tired state it was in I asked David if he could accompany me to a second viewing and advise on the scale of work and costs.
His estimate and mine were broadly the same.
I bought the property on the basis of G2's quote and I wasn't disappointed.
David and his team made the whole renovation process as straightforward as possible, from the firming up of the scope of work, through to spending a morning chosing the requisite fixtures and fittings.
The actual work, which was substantial in scale, was finished on time and to budget and to a very high standard. G2 was flexible throughout and reacted professionallly to the usual chopping and changing, as often happens with renovations of this nature.
The 1980s decor apartment is now firmly in the 21st century, thanks to David and the G2 team and l'd have no hesitation in both using and recommending them for future projects.
