EXCELLENT Customer Service
I am very pleased with the EXCELLENT service provided by Aman , Harnish , Ramdas , Dhruv and Nilesh. They did not rush me nor insisted me to purchase anything that I was not so sure about... no pressure at all.. service with a smile. Special kudos to Aman for his patience when my debit card payment somehow did not go through. Aman suggested e-transfer and waited patiently for me to add the new payee and get the transfer processed. Excellent staff. I firmly believe in excellent customer service and this team sure came through. 5 stars all the way. Will shop again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Manisha, Vijay and Jigar did an amazing job sorting out issues I had with my first order with G3. The outfit they sent was of top quality and with a great design element. The trousers were not what I wanted and they sent replacement trousers at no cost. I highly recommend G3.

Rude staff I order 4 salwar kameez they are expensive still color goes so bad. One of the dress they never shipped I ask for refund it’s been 3 month they never give me refund nor answer my e mail I have to call them internationally lady name Priyanka answer phone soo rude. They are holding my money for so long. I will never buy from here.

If I could give them negative stars, I would! This has been the worst shopping experience of my life!!! The customer service is non existent in this company. So let me tell you my story so that you can avoid the same nightmarish experience that I had. I placed my order on August 31st for two lehengas and a waist coat suit. That experience was well handled and I was falsely led to believe that I was in good hands. I was assured that I would have the order by September 15th. I trusted the process and didn’t ask for an update till about September 11th. The next day I was told that one of my lehengas had an issue and that I would have to reorder. I had some time on my hands so I reordered and I was assured that I would receive the order within 10 days. Three weeks later—they have my money and no lehengas or waistcoat suit. Today is the 9th and despite multiple reassurances, I don’t have my order!!! No one in this company cares about customer service. They pretend to be professional and courteous when they take your order and disappear after taking your money. They are FRAUDS and I would run from this company. Now I have a big event to attend and nothing to wear. The most horrible experience of my life!!!!

First time i ordered from G3 Plus shopping and the Experience was Good with Arjun,Lokesh.and Avesh Respond is Simply Wonderful and Impressive.Whenever i need any information Regarding any Dress he guide me and help to choose Rite one.And one is very impressive thing i like most They smile while talking and giving me all the information about the Product its easy for me to decide the fabric ,Colour ,Design.i Appreciate that he's Quick to Response to any of my Question.They are very convincing and showing us the price range and the collection was awesome.All three are very polite and helpful.Means overall was good Experience.But i mostly interact with Arjun .I like the way he Explain the Product .Arjun was very responsive and Helpful in Video call. And he understand the Situation and According to our Convenience they book the Appointment this is best part i like the most in Arjun.He is very calm and Nice Person.
