SCAMMERS

I am writing further to a complaint I sent on 24/01/26 previously regarding my purchase.

To date, I have not received the item nor any satisfactory communication from your company. Based on the lack of response and the volume of concerning customer reviews, I am now formally requesting a full refund with immediate effect.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate it further. This will include reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and seeking legal advice. I am also prepared to attend your registered business address with law enforcement if necessary.

Please consider this message as a final opportunity to either:
• Dispatch my item immediately with valid tracking details, or
• Refund the full amount paid back to my original payment method.

I expect written confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of this message

Avoid! Husband bought a kit for my son on 2nd January for his birthday and now on 31st January no order has arrived, they don’t respond to emails and no communication whatsoever. Scam company!!

Keep well away from these scammers

Keep well away from these scammers, they will not send the items. No way of contacted them either.
Luckily I used credit card and hopefully will get my money back.
AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOW LIFE COMPANY.

Less than one star

Less than one star. Ordered way in advance of Christmas as the item was a present for a child. Arrived 2 weeks after Christmas - no good to us by then.
All requests for a refund were blanked. Eventually told they didn’t offer refunds - and I haven’t been offered a penny.
No further responses despite my many emails pointing out that the fault was theirs and the onus legally was on them. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shirts are very affordable and good, but you can tell its made of cheap materials and not a real shirt. It took my shirts 25 days to arrive but overall for it's price I think it is worth it

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. I normally do. Sizing is about 3 sizes too small. Sent numerous emails and still no reply. Tried number on Google says incorrect number. Asked for full refund. No reply!!!

I ordered items for son on the 12th of…

I ordered items for son on the 12th of December, nothing got delivered and when I emailed I got a response that the orders were not sent on time so they will refund me. A month later still no refund , no communication, no contact information for complaints department. Absolutely terrible , am still waiting for my refund! I should have read the reviews before I placed an order.

ZERO STARS. Do NOT order from this company.
I ordered a Men’s large, a Women’s size 14 was delivered. I emailed the company, after four emails sending various photos to prove that it was in fact the incorrect item, they offered me a buy one get one free offer with no prospect of getting the correct item or any kind of refund.
I should have read the reviews beforehand which say many items have also been sent in the wrong sizes.
I don’t know anything about football T-shirts so it’s my own fault for not researching more but they are clearly fake

Missing item... Avoid

Ordered an Everton strip I was sent this with Ajax socks terrible customer service offering £5 compensation or buy something else due to shipping costs and the will pop in a free gift. Lied and advised socks are now out of stock despite still advertising the full strip plus they will have an extra pair of socks as I didn't get mine avoid at all costs

Terrible organisation & Fraudsters

Terrible organisation & Fraudsters.

I placed an order for a top on 4 December. To date, I have not received the item. The company claims that the item was delivered on 27 December, however no credible evidence has been provided to support this claim. The only proof supplied was a photograph of a parcel partially inserted into a letterbox. The image does not show a delivery address or label, the property shown is not my residence, and there is no way to confirm that the parcel was intended for me or that it even relates to my order.
Based on the circumstances outlined below, I believe the item may never have been dispatched.

Payment Irregularities
Payment for the order was initially taken by an entity named Gekeshasvfa, then reversed, and subsequently taken again by a different entity, Fap Oxalimall. This inconsistency in payment processing raised immediate concerns regarding the legitimacy and transparency of the transaction.

Communication Issues
For an extended period, my attempts to obtain updates received no meaningful response. However, once I notified the company by email that I had reported the matter as potential fraud—due to the payment irregularities and lack of communication—responses suddenly commenced.

The email replies appeared automated and did not adequately address the substance of my correspondence. The wording and structure suggested that responses were not tailored to my queries, and the language used was inconsistent with that of a UK-based organisation. This was notable given that the company presents itself as “Gacoo London”, stating it is based in Manchester.

Key concerns regarding communication include:

Responses not addressing the content of my emails.

Language and phrasing inconsistent with UK business correspondence.

Repeated explanations and excuses without any clear resolution.

Cancellation Request Ignored:

The most significant issue is that on the same day the company claims the item was dispatched, I emailed to cancel the order and requested a full refund, as my trust in the transaction had been lost. I used a read receipt, which confirmed that the email was opened well before the alleged dispatch time.

Despite this, the company maintains that the item was shipped several hours later, completely disregarding my cancellation request.

Their subsequent response was that if I was dissatisfied, I had 14 days to return the item.

This position is unreasonable for the following reasons:

I never received the item and therefore cannot return it.

The order was placed on 4 December and was allegedly delivered on 27 December—over three weeks later.

Under these timelines, it would be impossible for a return to be received within 14 days, effectively preventing any refund.

Conclusion
In summary, I paid for goods that were never received, experienced unexplained payment processing through unrelated entities, had a cancellation request ignored despite confirmed receipt, and was then denied a refund based on a return policy that could not reasonably be complied with.
For these reasons, I believe consumers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this organisation.

Football shirt arrived that was fake…

Football shirt arrived that was fake and not accurate to the original. When I tried to return the item I was told whilst the quality issue was a problem at the warehouse, the response was “don’t bother returning it as we don’t have a process and it will cost you as much in shipping as the value of the item”.

Ordered a Scotland top as couldn't find the size for my dad on the Official site (he's a big guy) on the 12/12/2025. After a couple chasing emails the replied with :-

'Hello, I'm very sorry for the delay. We just received a notification that due to issues with our account, some orders were not imported into the system in time. Subsequent orders of this type will no longer be dispatched. The account will automatically refund the money. The exact refund time has not been notified yet. We will continue to monitor your account. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you still want to receive the jerseys in the order, here's a suggestion for you: You can add our WhatsApp: +85362236322. We will help you place a new order for you. Of course, this requires you to pay again. Given the inconvenience caused by the abnormal account, we can offer you a buy-one-get-one-free or buy-two-get-two-free service (and so on).

Absolutely appalled asking me to pay again - i think not as I have now learned this is a scam and asking me to add them on what's app, again a big NO. Tried emailing everyday with no response, I guess I'll never see my £50 again.

Ordered football shirt no communication - Absolute SCAM!

I ordered a football shirt on 2nd December 2025 and, aside from the initial order confirmation, I’ve had-no dispatch email, no tracking, nothing.

I’ve chased them by email and all I get back are generic, unprofessional replies with no proper contact details—some of the messages are even in Chinese.

I was only told the shirt was out of stock after I emailed asking for a dispatch update. They said I could swap it for another item, which I did on 13th December — and I still haven’t had a single update.

Thankfully I paid with PayPal, so I had to go through them to get my money back, which has finally been processed.

Honestly, I should have checked the reviews, but in the chaos of Christmas shopping I didn’t. The site looked legitimate, but at this point it feels like a complete scam.

Luckily I used PayPal to pay so went via them for a refund which is now processed.

I should have checked the reviews but in the midst of Christmas shopping I forgot… looked legit as they accept PayPal but now think it’s a scam
