Great service

Great service. Turned out laptop I ordered was out off stock so order was fulfilled with a better laptop at no extra cost.

PS4 game - Corrupt

I ordered a PS4 game, but unfortunately it didn’t work and appeared to be corrupt. When I contacted them, the response took a few days, although the return process was straightforward and easy. It would be better if games/discs were checked before being sent out to customers

I had never heard of the company or…

I had never heard of the company or seen them advertised before so I was a bit sceptical, fool on me, delivery, price, customer support and quality were all spot on, item was delivered exactly as specified.
Fantastic company and service, I have ordered again since.

Firstly my ps5 was meant to be next day…

Firstly my ps5 was meant to be next day delivery it was a day late. Once it arrived I started it up and and the console is permanently banned from ps servers. I called Sony and this is due to the console not being paid for or either stolen.
