Bought a Dewalt Drill from this company that went faulty after just 4 months, had to return the drill without having a replacement sent out. I needed a replacement to continue my self employed work with. I had to buy another drill from another supplier to get me by. After 4 weeks without updates only requested by me I received an apparent like for like replacement due to the fault. The replacement arrived which turned out a lesser/cheaper model without any Dewalt badging on. I was clearly being mugged off by this company. I raised the issue the next day to be told they'd look into it and update. Again I asked what the situation was and they said it was sent out in error and that I had to return it ASAP. Remember as far as they are aware I'm without anything at the moment for work and this wasn't there problem. Im now awaiting them sending my new replacement out to me but until I return the incorrect one they are refusing. I really don't trust this cowboy company and I fear I'll end up with nothing.
Be careful, avoid this company........

Just a very good service with quick delivery.

Really happy with the phone it was listed as brand new and that was exactly as i received.
Had not heard of gadcet previously based of the positive reviews and AI telling me they were a legitimate business i took the chance.
Received the next day as was shown on the page and was able to track the delivery. No issues at all

I ordered a new Xbox through Gadcet, it was due on Wednesday the 20th of May, it did not arrive then, I emailed on Wednesday and received a response on Thursday about someone else’s order with their email attached to my reply, compromising someone else’s email, name and order number. They then replied saying it “had been escalated to the relevant team” I still have yet to receive a response for this.

I emailed a new email chain a further two times and received no response as of today. I emailed on Monday the 26th telling them they need to cancel my order since I had still received no update at all. Despite this, they still dispatched it on Thursday that week after I had cancelled now making me liable to pay the return packaging according to them.

After it was supposed to arrive on the 20th, it finally arrived on the 30th and now have received no response about returning it.

I would not recommend ordering from here in any way shape or form, terrible customer service (or should I say non-existent). Stay clear! I wrote this as of the 2nd June.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner HVT160-11 on the ads say that is 9 litre and when I checked is only a litre. The vacuum cleaner is 7.5kg

Overall experience very good: fast delivery and really good and fast customer service. In my order, I think there was a bit of misunderstanding. I ordered a new mouse, but I received what I think was a good reconditioned mouse. However when I pointed it out, they gave me a reasonable refund; that's why i gave them 5 stars
