The price was the lowest on the market for a new Logitech G pro x2 but the box came quite damaged. The mouse itself was grand and works fine so no complaints there. It also arrived next day to Northern Ireland, which rarely happens.

Ordered a part for my shaver. Very easy to find on the website, quick and easy payment method and kept informed as to when it was going to be delivered. Made everything very easy for me

Be carefull, scamers
We bought Apple trackpad late Dec early Jan. Description of the item didn't mention that it's an old generation lightning cable. We posted the item back at our cost and they still charged us 10% for box being opened. How do you check the item without opening the box ? Absolutely crazy. We got the item over klarna as well and we're on end of April and case is still opened.

We don't recommend this shop.

Well Gadcet really came through as I baught earbuds and the case was faulty so they are replacing them free of charge as these earbuds are the only ones that I can use as the new sensor touch ones are useless for an oldie like me and I am grateful that Gadcet went out of there way to find the type I could use thank you so much Gadcet.

Bought Thule fittings with 24hr delivery.
Was sent a Royal Mail tracking number. Did not receive the delivery as expected. Tracking number advised goods hadn’t yet been sent by Gadco. Contacted their customer services who blamed Royal Mail for misrouting the package and assured delivery would be received within 2-3 days. No delivery received, tracking no still showing awaiting package from Gadco. Emailed their customer services again and was just issued a refund without any explanation! A complete waste of time!

Promised next day delivery. 48 hours later, had to message to ask why it hadn't been sent. No reply , just appeared 2 days later

Arrived on time, in good order. I found 1 issue the unit has a euro plug with an adapter. I’ve had 3 products before of this brand all with UK plugs this maybe the reason for the lower price point as the adapter is pretty bulky.

Advertised as 6GB RAM, but received a 4GB RAM.
I have contacted Gadcet multiple times for a refund, but no response yet.

Clarity on the product description

Easy to use website, quick delivery. The biggest difference a genuine replacement head, unlike my previous purchase from a different company who used original packaging pictures and two heads received the price of this one. Wish I had found this company sooner could have saved my poor dad's face from being ripped to shreds. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The reason I have given a five star is the of buying items I want on gadget is absolutely brilliant and they are awesome stuff and you got a choice weather to pay for you items all in one go or pay over a couple of months which I think is brilliant and the service is awesome and the delivery service is excellent experience

If I could give no stars I would . Be careful of this company I bought lego on opening it I had missing parts . All I’ve got off them for weeks is . The box had no damage !!! Even tho I’ve not complained about the box . I paid £495 and I’ve had no help from them except for the box was fine and not tampered with !!! I’ve been so stressed with it all . All they have said for 2 weeks is we’re looking in to it . They have ignored their own returns policy and ignored consumer rights act 2015 . It’s all well and good until you have an issue then they won’t answer your questions. Still waiting for them to help 3 weeks down the line , now they are ignoring my emails
