The experience I have never imagined.
I initially contacted you guys via email and the guy named Liam mentioned that I need to contact escalation to request to remove my credit card information in your system since your website doesn’t have that, it’s odd that we cannot easily removed our information in your website. I emailed your customer support team but I have just received a multiple response from different names. I know that those replies were from automated system since it did not provide the help that I need, received a response from Amy, Maxry and Josef but I did not receive any confirmation that my credit card information was removed from your system and the refund was processed. It was very frustrating experience. Now the manager named Alero contacted me and promised to process the refund. I hoped this is true. I’ll just wait for 5-7 business days and if the refund will not be reflected. I will just reopen the case. Thanks for your help.

Beware of the FRAUD!
This is a fraudulent site! They run fake ads on instagram, selling a product, but at the end they sell you some kind of subscription that you have no idea about. First it seems that they charge you for the product you purchased (but it will never be delivered), and then it turns out that you are subscribed to membership!!! First transaction was small, and I decided not to investigate. But the second was close to 50 EUR (!). I blocked my bank account and will apply to EU institutions with this feedback. This site is also connected to hobbyjoylife.com as they are both a part of Caresia Limited Cyprus company.
