How happy I am with selling experience with Gadget Collect

What made my experience with Gadget Collect so good was how easy and simple it was to get a quote for my old unwanted tech. The communication between their response team and customers after an offer has been accepted needs improving however as waiting to hear back from them after contacting them delayed the deal for longer than was necessary. It wasn't straightforward to arrange to have the item I wanted sell to be collected rather than being brought to their store and when I did manage to arrange a collection I found the encounter with the courier that wa sent a tad on the grifty side, but said I was still happy with the deal that was made and I would also recommend Gadget Collect to others,
