The shipment time was absolutely great, between a week and two, so for me it was super fast! The ring (The Powerless one with the forget-me-nots flower) is stunning, I love it so much. I will for sure buy again from here, also the price is even less than I expected it to be for a stunning ring like this one. 🥰

I bought the Malec Wedding Band from the Shadowhunters collection and I absolutely love it. The ring is exactly what it promised to be - a perfect replica of the ring exchanged by Magnus and Alec. It’s beautiful. Even though the ring came to Ohio from Italy, the wait time was not that long. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Horrible experience. I made my purchase the 1st of September, it is now 18th October, and not only hasn't it arrived, they are ignoring my emails asking for a refund. Since it wasn't arriving, I sent various emails nearing the end of September, and I received a badly translated and unprofessional reply some days later, saying that my order may be lost, so they would send it again. It was supposed to arrive less than a week later. Now I'm more than a month late for a birthday present, and I don't have my money back.

Ordering was easy, shipping was easy to track, though it takes a while to arrive :) the jewellery itself is very pretty and seems really good quality :) I'll make another order soon :)

I placed an order for a Shadowhunter Locket necklace, shipping was delayed two weeks. When it finally arrived, it was a flimsy material, almost plastic. Inside of the locket was this gross residue. Very unhappy considering the price. Wouldn’t recommend

My niece wanted a specific necklace as a gift for her birthday. I ordered it on August 8th; by August 21st it said it was packaged. Today is September 3rd and there is no shipping information. It is as if it is sitting somewhere, waiting for someone to put a label on it and some stamps. I have ordered from overseas before but it never was this inefficient. This was a birthday gift. I guess it will become a Halloween gift too.

The product is amazing, the communication however was pretty rude and not very understanding, even after communicating this rudeness, it did not change.
However, I have ordered multiple times now and the products themselves are really nice.

I recieved the "bride" necklace in silver as a birthday present, the necklace is perfect, the quality is very good. I usually have problems with jewelry because of allergies but this one is giving me zero reactions, very happy with the product

Shipping took a bit long but that was totally expected as I’m not local to the company! Customer service answered my question quickly and clearly, and above all else, the jewelry is soooooo pretty!! I was worried about the ring size but it fit perfectly, and the necklaces are gorgeous. I’m a huge fan of The Folk of The Air series and I’m totally in love with how subtle but whimsical their collaboration is✨

Recently got the Nesta ring from the Acotar collection. It fits lovely and its gorgeous. Couldn't be happier with the product.

I had a really good experience. I was immediately notified that my phone case would arrive a bit later because so many were ordered, and I continued to receive updates during the process. And I absolutely love my new case!

The prices match the quality. Nice packaging and gorgeous jewellery! There are so many different book fandoms and matching necklaces, rings and more. I am really happy with my new “The Cruel Prince” necklace with a snake, that represents Cardan!

The jewellery was beautiful. I've been waiting for a Cruel Prince collection for ages and I couldn't be happier it finally arrived. The only downside to this order was having to wait for it for a while but that's not necessarily something within the company's control as it was shipped internationally. All in all, I will definitely be buying from them again and I would recommend them to a friend.
