I was suspicious of this website so I contacted Paypal and they confirmed that my purchase would be protected by the guarantee. I took the chance and placed my order.

My camera arrived 11 days after ordering. I was able to track it for the last few days. It was delivered by DPD (the best courier in my opinion) and was very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Came with UK plugs and manuals. Most importantly the price was far, far lower than anywhere else.

I see people complaining about slow dispatch. It says on the shipping section of the website what the timeframes are. And that's the trade off for super low prices and no import tax. If you don't want to wait that long, shop elsewhere and pay a lot more. I'll definitely be using this site again.

Ordered a camera gimbal as it was much cheaper than other shops. Wasn't worried one bit as they only accept paypal. Order was dispatched by dpd 4 days later and arrived on day 7. Looks like the item was UK stock. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a Garmin watch from them as was significantly cheaper. First order was cancelled (my fault as didn't have the correct address in Paypal), which made me very nervous, but I got a full refund within 24 hours. Re-ordered with correct address, following day got a UPS tracking number, which didnt show any progress for a week. A week later I woke up and checked it, and it said that the parcel was shipped and arriving that day, and it did.

100% genuine, connected straight into garmin connect website and recognised.

Will deal with again, would be 5 stars if the communication was a bit better regarding time frame for delivery / more dispatch info etc...

Placed a 2nd order for some headphones, same process, a week later they arrived - no issues

Took a risk and ordered the new Sony wireless headphones because covered through paypal. After making payment, didn't get a dispatch email for a few days so got a bit worried. Looked through the reviews and wasn't filled with much confidence as a lot of them said they are a scam site or item didn't arrive.
I then received a dispatch confirmation and 2 days later they arrived.
Managed to track the delivery through UPS all the way through the UK to my door.
Took just over a week from ordering to arrival and am very happy with the genuine product that came and over £100 cheaper than anywhere else i could find.
So if you can wait a little longer than normal for your item to arrive then i would definitely recommend!

Placed order on 19 Feb 2018. Confirmation of order followed plus that of dispatch. Got home from work 10 days after order placed and parcel has been delivered by UPS. What can i say but very good service. item by the way is excellent

Rip off, ordered a camera waited for derlivery and nothing. Had a email 3 days ago saying i had cancelled my order, wgich i didnt. 2 emails sent no response and trying to get my money back. Use at your own risk.

My Garmin watch took a little over a week to arrive, couldn't be more pleased with the product or the service, I would definitely use this company again.

I have just ordered a Samsung gear s3 watch from Gadgetgadgetgadget.com. I was dubious because of some negative reviews but I ordered it and as you pay with PayPal it is covered. The initial communication was slow as I ordered it over the Chinese New year and on the website it said that orders would not be processed between the 16th and 20th Feb. I received an email with the tracking number from UPS on the 22nd and the order was delivered on the 26th. The only reason I scored 4 was because I had to email them for an update but it came back the same day. I would definitely use again. Watch was brand new in sealed packaging and is amazing.

Bought some Beats headphones, genuine product, very cheap, took 10 days to arrive. Worth the wait.

Received my smart watch today and am very happy with the purchase and the superb value. The Samsung Gear 3 was £100 cheaper and there was free shipping.
The customer service has been excellent and they really care about their customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending GGG. I will be back for definite.

Order an iwatch. Received email claiming it was dispatched and a tracking number through DPD. Did not arrive on the delivery date and DPD have not received it. No response from GadgetGadgetGadget’s email either.

At least it’s through PayPal.

Fast delivery on Sony lens, and exactly as specified. I would not hesitate to recommend

Ordered beats studio 3, read the reviews and instantly started doubting it. Exactly 7 days later they came and everything is 100% real pheww.. I will gladly wait an extra a couple of days for delivery and save £100+

I accidentally ordered a set of head phones to go to the wrong address. Emailed them within 10 mins. Got a response saying they were canceling the order and got a refund all within 24 hours (PayPal confirmed). So far I'd say amazing service and nothing like some of the negative feedback here o_O. I have re-ordered them now and I'm looking forward to getting my headphones £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Sadly they refunded my money after me chasing a week later. Supplier can't deliver.

Just received my new iPad at £115 cheaper than UK prices, this company is the real deal, was worried when I did my research after placing the order, it took about 5 days for them to update the parcel tracking and my iPad was delivered with no shipping charge within 12 days, well worth the wait for such a big saving, I would recommend this company as they only take payment via PayPal so it’s pretty safe and not a scam site.
Over all I’m really happy with my new purchase I just had to have a little faith and patience!

I ordered a new camera at well below competitors prices at the beginning of Feb 2018. After 4 days the order was showing as unfulfilled on their web site. I emailed them & got a response within about an hour to say they had received older models from their supplier & was given the option to either wait or get a refund. I elected to wait & a further week on the order was still showing as unfulfilled. They then cancelled order & said they would be giving me a refund. After 24hours no refund was recorded on paypal so I wrote to them asking when I could expect the refund. They said it would take several days & true to their word the refund appeared.
I noted that the same camera was now on offer from them at £20 more.
I won't be dealing with them again because I don't feel that I can rely on them to deliver the goods. I would also worry about where I would have to return faulty goods as no UK address is shown on their web page

Placed order on the Saturday for Sennheiser PXC550 and quick conformation. Got confirmation of dispatch on the the Tuesday goods delivered via DPD on the Friday. (Would have arrived earlier but bad weather had delayed DPD). I did have some reservation as it's Hong Kong based and did email them on Monday to check, but no reply. Next day got dispatch conformation. Product is as described and checked / registered with manufacturer as genuine. Overall did what they advertised, comms could have been a little better hence 4 stars.

Okay summerise to save you reading the rest of my garbage, it's not a scam website, they don't sell fake goods, they are not set up just to take your money, the goods are really that price & as you pay by PayPal you are covered anyway. My delivery took a week, and comms was fine once the goods were dispatched ... and the UPS tracking and links worked fine. Because it was posted from a UK address I didn't get stung by the PO for import TAX

They are however one of those Hong Kong-based companies, that source their goods from the cheapest global markets an import them to the UK to dodgily avoid paying all the high import duties and taxes for the UK ... so if you are happy to ignore that, and save yourself a shed load of money then go for it .... if you are not happy with their practice of avoidance then don't, pay for officially imported stuff , and the higher tax they command.

The downside is because they are not official UK products (ie they are for the foreign markets, not fake goods) the chance are they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty , now these companies offer their own guarantee, however never having to resend any of the items I can not comment on how reliable they are.
Also, they will not be UK spec, so may differ slightly in functions and specs from what you may expect.

Now I have used these types of "Gray" import sites many times for camera gear and lenses ... and I have saved a fortune compared to the UK prices, I mean seriously a fortune. I have never had an issue with the goods or service. If I had listened to some of the scaremongering stories about these sites I would have nowhere near the amount of camera gear that I have now, and the stuff I did have would have cost a hell of a lot more.

Now some people will think this is a scam review, you can do if you want , all I want to do is give people the facts, and they can make up their own minds . You have two choices you can save a lot of money , or feel more righteous and pay the higher UK taxes ... it's you call , you all have the choice.

However remember even if you are still not 100% sure , you are covered by Paypal, so why not give it a go?

I was a little concerned after I'd rushed to place an order for some expensive earphones, lured by the fact that they were almost half the price on offer elsewhere. The gadgetgadgetgadget (terrible name) website however makes it perfectly clear that despatch and delivery times can take a few days, so I decided not to panic.

I received my order in a little over a week following an accurate despatch confirmation email with delivery the day after. The product is clearly from overseas, probably Hong Kong, but is exactly what was ordered. The process is no frills, but the pricing is much lower than UK retailers.
