Celluar batteries
The product that I ordered was a low cost item but still important to me as I needed the product which were cell batteries for a childs toy for Halloween.
The item was delivered safely to my address by a lovely friendly young courier driver, which added to my experience.

No issues with the product, delivery was unfortunately on the slow side.. this isn't the companies fault but just something to note. When I did email about the delivery Dean came back to me quickly to explain what may have happened.

Hi Martin, very sorry for the delay. We do orders with our supplier twice weekly. I can see one email from you on the 4th at 23.46 and a reply was sent from us on the 5th at 9.35 am. Can you please check if this had gone into spam if not received. We respond to each and every email asap and are always here to help with any queries you have. At present we respond to all emails, Facebook and Instagram messages and have a contact number directly with our Waterford store for any assistance you may need. I hope this delay does not discourage from future orders. I hope you enjoy your new phone :)

Ordered a fitbit charger last Sunday still hasn't arrived very disappointed as expected it to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. Expected it to be here on the earlier date or at least within the promised dates. Very disappointed my first order with this company

Hi Patricia,
Very sorry for the delay. I received your email to let us know this morning that you had not received yet. We can only do our very best on our end in packaging and sending out asap. As mentioned earlier the parcel was scanned as shipped on Monday and should only take 1 to 2 days to arrive. I immediately got in touch with GLS on your behalf to find out why there was a scan on Tuesday of it arriving to there depot and no scans after that. I wish we could control every aspect of delivery to prevent lost packages or delays but rest assured we will get to the bottom as to why this has not arrived to you. If lost we will resend straight away. Hopefully this isn't the case but from what I can gather until GLS opens on Monday it's looking like they have lost your package.

I had a specific request and knew that it wouldn’t be easy. However R. from Gadget Man was extremely helpful and did the utmost best to have a satisfied customer. I can highly recommend Gadget Man because customer support and product I’ve received were top notch.

Happy with Service
Happy with product and contact with shop. GPS called but didnt text
beforehand, so gift left in a Parcel collection point and we had to go collect it. Not the shop's fault but could be passed on to courier company.
