Excellent service!

I was a little nervous about using GadgetPanda because I've never sent off items for payment. However, I found them to be excellent!! I was informed on progress at each step including when my item had arrived, how much the item had been revised for and when the payment was on it's way. I was paid within the 48 hours as stated on the website. I was happy with both the service and the amount offered for the items. I would recommend GadgetPanda to anyone and will DEFINITELY use AGAIN in the future!! Thanks.

Fab!

Nothing could be easier. Everything was done so efficiently and I was kept informed every step of the way. I was expecting to wait about a week to get my money but it was in my account within about an hour of me getting the email. I will definately be using them again!

Not what I expected!!

It looked good - £56 offered for a barely used ipod (3rd gen hardware)... Unfortunately they claimed it had a fault (worked fine when I sent it - I checked!!). They gave me a rubbish £5 - would of got more in a rag market!!

The iPod we received from you would not restore and we therefore offered you a revised price for it via email. You were under no obligation to accept the revised offer and we would gladly have returned the item to you at no charge. Instead you accepted the offer via email on 7th November stating "I am happy for the order below to continue to be processed." I am therefore a little confused as to why you did not instead request for the item to be returned rather than happily accept the offer.

I was looking to sell my i pod I came across this company after serching aroud a little they are the ones who offerd me the best price.They are unbeliverably fast at responding with their responding to queries. sent of my item had the money less than 48 hrs after they recived my item. if you have something to sell use them..

Best Price, Top Service

I found Gadget Pandas website to be easy to get a price and get the ball rolling, easy to use and price qouted was the price they paid and money was in account within 2 days! super fast, i cannot fault them, well Done Gadget Panda :-)

Great price and quick payment

Gadget Panda offered the best price for my phone. I emailed their support people to check what needed to be sent with it, and got a reply within 2 hours, even though it was Saturday afternoon. Send the phone on the Monday, they confimed they had it on Tuesday, and the money was in my account on Thursday. Couldn't have gone smoother.

The best company out there!

I searched for prices online for my iPod and this was by far the highest!
The transaction was so smooth and so quick from getting quote to receiving money took around four days at most!
I would highly recommend them again!

Great Service and Very Quick !

Sold my iPad 2 with these guys, they gave me price for the ipad on-line and it was the price that I got once I sent it off. Which was much higher then anywhere else.

Email Updates through out the sale process letting me know the status and helping to give me confidence on my order. I paid extra for delivery, because the value of the item, once they had received the iPad i got paid within 2 days.

Would highly recommend, i have used other similar websites and services but this has to be the better one of them.

Excellent Service

From first getting my item valued & payment to my bank in double quick time.Very impressed with the service & communication.I was a little anxious about sending my Nexus to an online company but I cannot fault the service I received,thankyou GadgetPanda,I will definitely recommend you to all my friends! :-)

Erroneous Marks Decreased Price

After hearing such positive reviews about this company I decided to proceed with my order of selling my iPod Nano. Initial estimate of £38 seemed very good indeed compared to other 3rd party companies, however I then received an email to say that it had 'less than 3 scratches on the front' and decreased the value to £28.50, although still a fair price I accepted, but I know for a sure that the equipment was in pristine condition when it left, so I would like to know where the 'scratches' appeared from. Would I recommend them...most likely as it was a smooth transaction.

We inspect all items closely in order to apply a grade. Unfortunately this item was deemed to have light marks to the front and we felt it was not like new to the front as described. Perhaps you did not notice these marks? We do not favour revising prices, but the value of the item is directly related to its actual condition. We even pay sellers more than quoted when an item is received in a better condition than they described (please see other reviews).

You were also under no obligation to accept the offer and we would gladly have returned the item for free should you have requested it.

works just like it says on the tin

entire process was exactly as advertised. had my iPad priced online on day 1, sent it off the same day at it arrived the next (I paid for signed-for shipping out of my pocket) which they confirmed within 24hours.

got paid with no fuss 3 days later.

will use these guys again the next time I upgrade my devices and need to sell my old one.

Outstanding!

I've never used a service like this before and was VERY skeptical ... I was geared for either a long drawn out debate re. price/condition or some other 'gotcha' or worse still ... kissing my iPad goodbye altogether. I'm happy to say I was COMPLETELY wrong

The process was straightforward and transparent ... the price offered was very competitive ... money transferred into my account with NO FUSS in a timely manner ... right on schedule. I was kept informed at each stage.

I've put all my friends, family and colleagues onto you guys ... expect a big spike in business!

Paid me more

I was totally surprised when they emailed me to say that they had upped my payment by £8 as they said my iPod was in better condition. I am very happy. I don't think other websites would pay more then they originally offered. Would certainly use again and I will tell all my friends.

The cheque that was posted to you on time was unfortunately lost in the postal system, which is something that is outside of our direct control and can happen from time to time. When you notified us that your cheque had not yet arrived we immediately responded with an apology. We then offered to transfer the funds directly to your bank account, so that you wouldn’t have to wait for a replacement cheque, which you accepted. After you provided your account details we immediately issued the funds to your account.

We are disappointed that your cheque was lost on this occasion but feel that we were quick to respond to your communications and got payment to you quickly once you had informed us of the issue.
