It simply did not work

The hair dryer is well designed and effective. Delivery was quite speedy. I chose Gadget Shack because the supplier that was more prominent in the search results was receiving dreadful reviews for late or non-delivery and dreadful customer service. I am pleased to say that Gadget Shack were the exact opposite.

Good technical knowhow and fast service

I bought a Qinux FootyX from GadgetShack. Yodel the courier failed to deliver it. I got in touch with the seller and I had no problems to receive a replacement (this time delivered by a different courier). Jonathan has been extremely helpful. I can't recommed enough this company. It is a shame that they sorted out a problem that it was the sole responsibility of the courier

Unfortunately there was a problem with the issue of the item from abroad.
However the communication with Jonathan was excellent throughout and a refund quickly received.
Will use again.

My reason for giving the stars that I did was because of the return.The item I paid for did not arrive but I was sent a substitute. I contacted the company about this and they sent me a return address label then 2 days later my money.

Terrible. Item never received as delivered to wrong address and then never found. Neither resolved through courier nor gadgetshack. Very unhelpful customer service.

Do not use this company is ts fraudulent. Bought a hoover it never arrived they didn't put a door number so it was returned to their warehouse which they denied at first then they said they would refund me and proceeded to send a counterfeit screen shot of a refund with incorrect card details so obviously it was never received and they tried to blame Google pay.

Branded cordless vacuum
I ordered a branded cordless vacuum cleaner from Gadgetshack, almost 4 weeks waiting - tracker said it was on a flight from Shenzhen ....delivery finally arrived. It certainly was not the branded item I had ordered but a very very poor replica in a plain box, no instructions / guarantee. I emailed gadgetshack (Jonathan) he tried to tell me it was a mix up at the warehouse, offered 50% discount and they will get my correct product to me - which did arrive in 5 days!!! Please be careful when using this company, make sure you get the branded item you pay for. They have since blocked my emails as I have tried to forewarn them of my review comments. Shop elsewhere

Order placed 16th Aug, 7 to 10 days delivery promised.Received a tracking link 21st Aug, as of 1st Sept the tracking link is still showing pre-transit.Don't make promises you aren't going to keep is my advice.I have had no contact from these people explaining why, 16 days after i placed the order, I haven't received my goods.

Excellent product just the job for the car

Purchased these as I read a review on them written by a hiker and photographer. Was a bit sceptical that they have no brand name but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Nice clear view, good weight (not too heavy). Definitely would recommend if you want a decent binoculars for not too much money.
