No stars if I could do NOT buy from this company I bought a kugoo m4 pro costing £559 for my son which broke Christmas Day took over a month to send new parts this was Christmas 2021 It then broke again may 2022 I was promised new parts every time when they eventually answered emails and still waiting to this day

Quite possibly one of the worst company’s I’ve dealt with!

I’ve only give this 1 star as 0 is not an option.
Appalling service, phone contact does not work, take ages to respond to emails. Absolute rip off merchants. Trying to get money back at the moment for a faulty product but they have blamed me. Will be taking it further as false advertising and knowingly selling faulty goods. Stay clear people.

Scammers

Scammers. They stole me a broken bike with missing parts. Their contact number constantly goes to voicemail. And they ignore your emails.
I will be getting the law involved to avoid this happening to anyone else.

Fraudsters!

Purchased a £519.99 e-bike and received a box with bags of flour wrapped in black bags. Delivery was delayed due to item not being shipped from the UK. Was sent an email stating that my order was delivered to a drop off shop but was not provided any details of where the shop was and why it was delivered there. When I queried it I was told it was still due for delivery to my address. Initially was told it was being delivered by DHL, then told it was Parcelforce. Box finally received with branded tape securing the bottom and plain tape securing the top. Opened the box and no e-bike inside. Also received an invoice on the box citing the price as €120 which is significantly less than what I have been charged. Sent an email in December and nobody has responded neither have any of my voice messages been returned. Avoid like the plague. £519.99 down with no product.

I purchased the Kugoo g2 pro e scooter and within a week the scooter was saying error code 15. I emailed them but They took so long to reply back. They asked for a video which I sent to them . I haven’t heard from them since. I paid 720 pounds for the scooter.

I bought a E-bike less than a year ago but battery died out

I bought a E-bike less than a year ago, the battery died out after 6 months but they point out small print to say battery is warranty is 6 months but the bike is 1 year. Its a con they are just selling a E-bike with with a dead battery but the those small prints are not their terms and conditions. Which in fact you get conned in to a buying a push bike. Customer service is very poor and bike get delivered from China to Germany and then on to UK. Any orders just have to be careful with this company. They based out a residential address its seems. Miss-leading advertising, miss-leading customers and for customer service might as well forget calling them. Battery manufactures gives 1 year but they are offering 6 months or not at all? which mean it might be a faulty battery installs e-bikes and E-Scooters. Trading standard and advertising authority should be informed about such companies. Possibly health and safety executive should look in to this products as well. All should check out the company before handing over lot of money for bikes that is not worth anything if its goes in to battery fault or miss delivery or no delivery at all. If you feel that you are been sold something which is not fit for purpose and paid by credit card company, its worth checking out with the credit card companies if you have a valid case for a Section 75 Claim. Worth checking with trading standards and ombudsmen for further advise regarding these issues. I had to get a new battery from a 3rd party company at the end which was very costly. Its also worth reading up on The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Bought a £315 electric scooter 3 weeks ago from this company that stated it was in the U.K. Scooter Arrived broken. They said they sent out replacement part but it has still not arrived & their tracking from CHINA says they’ve attempted delivery today which is untrue. I was sat right near my front door working ALL day.
Am fed up with being fobbed off.
Their customer service is a disgrace.

I purchased an electric bike Fiido M1…

I purchased an electric bike Fiido M1 Pro from Gadget Stalls end of July beginning August/2022, unfortunately I was not happy with the purchase as the bike that is advertised to reach up to 130KM was only doing 38KM.

I have been in touch with the after sales team to inform about this issue and that I believe there is a problem with the battery as the range it was reaching is really quite low and as I understand that various factors contribute to the range a battery can reach with one charge (road conditions, riders height and weight and the load one might carry while riding the bike) I still believe the performance as whole is way lower than I'd expect.

A number of emails was exchanged and there was always delay in their reply and after a month of trying to get them to send me a replacement battery so that I could test it out they have not done it, instead they kept saying that the battery was fine and the bike was reaching the expected range.

This is a bike that costed almost £1,000 and I've asked to send it back but there was also no reply on this matter.

It is just terrible the After Sale customer service, not even to mention that they are unreachable over the phone.

I am a unsatisfied customer and unfortunately they haven't done anything to try and help me out.

Awesome Ride for my 9 yr Old

Awesome Ride for my 9 yr Old

Great scooter. Easy to take off and well balanced. The battery offered a full day of play as long as we turned it off while not in use. The paint is a matte finish and gives it a high quality look.
Cons: Pinched my finger trying to fold it up. The latch it tough to release, but that means it’s going to hold up during the ride. The thumb pads popped off and they are a pain to put back on. I’m going to call and ask for advice on that. Otherwise, my kids all love it! (I even enjoyed riding it.)

Hello everyone I would like to share my experience with this company gadget thief’s
I had recently bought a bike after 2 weeks I tried to know when will I receive my item dropped an email and I got an answer saying that my bike has been delivered which is not true
I haven’t received any proof of delivery or signed for it the tracking number was with a company called Tuffnel they ask you to pay 1£ to check your delivery status which is rediculous.
I was lucky that I have paid with Klarna as I have contacted them and they opened an investigation regarding this matter.
Not happy with the customer service they never answer any enquiries plus a phone number contact that doesn’t work.
For all buyers be aware of this company just avoid.
I will update you more about my case and see if they’re going to solve it as I am honest.

Communication Sucks (there is none)

No communication from Company after 3 requests for a VAT invoice for a business purchase. Phone number constantly goes onto answer phone, emails are ignored and WhatsApp message although initially engaged in a conversation, also didn't bother to reply! RUBBISH

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Drone camera won’t respond to the controller and ther referred me to holy stone USA who advised me that they were a 3rd party supplied and not linked to holy stone!!!! Avoid. They work out of a residential address in altringham.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Their terms of business do not comply with the distance selling regulations - so beware. The item I ordered should have arrived within a week, but took a month as it was shipped from China. There was no indication that this would be the case on their website or confirmation email.
