I was having an issue finding a company that would deliver a new washing machine to my third floor flat in London. Garrett Appliances not only offered this service (for a very small fee) but everything from communication, booking in my delivery, to the installation and removal of my old machine was excellent, professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Pricing is reasonable however, the stand out part of the service is great communication and excellent delivery appointments with approximate time slots given for the day but 30 minute calls given before delivery. Compared to the inflexible and inconvenient 9 to 6 delivery slots given by the larger firms. Highly recommended.
