I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. When I received my order it was incomplete and unsuitable for my needs. I returned the order promptly. In spite of providing confirmation from Royal Mail of the date and time that the item was returned, the company has consistently denied receiving it and refused a refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased both clarity pro hearing devices and when I put them in the hissing sound was unbearable. I contacted Gafaan by email and a customer agent called Ruby replied saying that I should fully charge them. I had already done this and explained that the devices were unsuitable and requested a refund as per their advert. I received a reply stating that they were checking the returns procedure and would contact me to confirm the policy. Having waited/messaged them I finally threatened legal action. No response leads me to think that they have shut up shop and rebranded. I repeat do no buy anything from this company.

Don't buy anything from this company as they are fraudulent. I bought the Clarity Pro hearing aids, however after a short while they stopped working.After numerous messages complaining and requesting either a replacement or a refund ,I have not received any confirmation of their intentions.
A disgraceful company .stay clear!

Lie all your others reviews, this company is a waste of time. purchased Clarity pro hearing aids, which are not “Fit for Purpose, total waste of money. Tried returning them but no response.
This must be another all time scam. Will try trading standards.

I ordered my Hearing aids on 29 August 25 and have had only one message telling me the order is being processed, I have sent 4 messages with no response. I payed £105. If I'd seen the reviews I wouldn't have bought the items. I am now going to try to cancel. Wish me luck ha

I found these hearing aids very uncomfortable to wear, I found the hearing aids must be inserted fully into the ear canal and it gave me both pain and severe discomfort. The aids squeal and howl with loads of feedback that made it worse
Only when shoved fully into the ear canal does the squealing stop and that insertion causes the discomfort
The sound quality I heard was terrible reminding me of a tinny radio thin and scratchy. These aids are so large, compared to normal hearing aids.

• Hearing aids ordered 6th June 2025.
• Delivered 1st August 2025
• Returned 13th of August 2025 for full refund.
• It is now the 19th October 2025,
• I have sent 57 emails asking why they haven't processed my refund, still no refund. I am referring this to Trading Standard

Having ordered claritypro hearing aids from this company,I didn't find them suitable, having sent them numerous emails to get a returns label to get a refund, not one reply,so lost my £87, please please do not deal with this company,I should have read the trust pilot reviews before buying, once again don't deal with this scam company and save yourself some money, regards j b

Absolutely atrocious at refunds spent weeks looking for returns department and still not found it if they can't find it no hope for customers still no refund

I only wish people would do their research before spending any money with companies who advertise in this way.

Ordered through CLARITYPRO so did not find reviews, items came from Gafaan, wish I had seen these reviews first!
Hopeless refund policy, despite all the glowing literature. Poor communication, policy does not seem to exist!

Hearing aids didn’t fit my ears arranged a return at my expense and was promised a full refund £86 back in the beginning of July now September and still no refund and despite numerous message via customer service 24/7 and emails no one will even have courtesy to reply to me
This company is dreadful as their sale pitch is totally different to the way I and many others are being treated
I bought these hearing aids in good faith as their website ticked all the right boxes for me and what I fool I have been!!!!!!
Truly disgusted way to be treated!!

These so called hearing aids are absolutely terrible, all they do is buzz and echo, don’t waste your money, returned for money back, but still not seen that, they say they have them, but still not looked at their many returns after 3 months

As others have said, this company needs to be taken to the cleaners! I bought these so called hearing aids in May, the first one packed up within a week and the other not long after, I returned them by Royal Mail tracked delivery in June after being promised by this so called Ruby again that I would receive a refund, they don't reply to emails and now I've been in touch with citizens advice, I followed their procedure and they have still ignored me, I've been back in touch with citizens advice who are getting trading standards involved now, hopefully they will put an end to these despicable scammers!

Two defective units were returned and acknowledged with a promise of full refund after I objected to their initial attempt to charge me 15%.
After many emails over several weeks they clearly have no intention of refunding. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I will keep this short .... a total con, why charge someone £57 for ONE hearing aid and immediately offfer the second for a further £29 with NO mention at all of this on the website.

Wish i had read before ordering, now getting my bank to cancel the payment. DO NOT BUY !!!

TO BE FAIR TO THE COMPANY : this is an update 4 hours after the initial reveiw. A very helpful customer support person answered my email and has cancelled the order and promised a refund in 2 to 3 working days, if that happens not a bad experience, just an annoying time waste. Please in the interests of customer service, stop the buy the right one at an extra cost ... all it does is get you bad press. Assume i got the refund if this is after 21 August 2025, if i dont i would have updated this again.

The no hassle return policy is an absolutely joke, I have contacted Ruby (if that’s a real name) a dozen times, she even confirmed the return had arrived, but needed to be processed, this is now nearly 2 months and not a bean

My experience is just as all the other writers. They are scammers.
After many emails between Ruby and myself she eventually agreed to a refund less 15%. I was given a posting address so instead of posting with all the additional costs I called on the “office”. A person did answer but they refused to take delivery.
The postman was in the area and I asked him, he told me he has several packages to deliver sometimes they take them other times they refuse. He also said I had been talking to Ruby.
Ruby emailed me today to say I must go through a courier company …. Just another delaying tactic.

I purchase a set of hearing aids on behalf of my mum who is 80 years old. Received item but we're no good as they didn't fit. Informed company who advised I would get a refund but not the full amount. Sent back recorded delivery beginning of May. I am still awaiting the refund. I am constantly emailing but just keep getting fobbed off. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from this company
