Outstanding customer service.
I cannot thank David and Tony at Gaggia Direct enough for their exceptional service. My Velasca coffee machine had stopped dispensing water, and after contacting them for help, I was blown away by the level of support I received. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also went above and beyond by recommending the right descaler and cleaner for my machine. What truly set them apart, however, was their willingness to assist me via a Zoom call. They walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring that I was comfortable with each stage. Their patience, expertise, and dedication to resolving my issue were truly first-class. This is customer service at its finest. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and the incredible service they provided. I would highly recommend Gaggia Direct to anyone in need of reliable support. Gaggia UK are Premier League…
My second experience with support @Gaggia UK and once again they went above and beyond in terms of their service. Danny was able to swiftly deal with the issue I had made contact about. Very calm and friendly and massively customer focused. The use of Zoom is such a game changer. I could not recommend Gaggia UK more highly and the coffee my Velasca produces, is absolutely delicious!

The Internet of Coffee Repairs
I have lovely Gaggia Velasca prestige bean to cup machine - an upgrade from my previous Uber reliable manual Gaggia Espresso machine. It’s been reliable for the past 6 years and suddenly had a fault where I couldn’t get the coffee grounds tray in or remove the brew unit. Fearing I might have to courier the whole machine back to them I e-mailed Gaggia UK and they came back with a Zoom link… and sorted it over the internet there and then - Live from Halifax! Brilliant service, brilliant machine… brilliant coffees! Highly recommended on all fronts.

Great coffee in the comfort of your own home..
After a long time researching the right coffee maker for us, we bought the Gaggia Velasca Prestige - it’s an excellent machine, makes a really fine cup of coffee whether you like a frothy cappuccino, a neat espresso or something in between! Stuck at home in a village with no open coffee shops, I can now make coffees just as I like, whenever I like.
The machine is a real masterpiece - easy to operate, very easy to clean and I think Gaggia have a customer for life - great customer service!
