Slowest shipping ever
Ordered this on 3/08/2023, it wasn't even shipped out, nor was I updated about the order, until I reached out to customer service on 3/21/2023 and they informed me they were having issues with the shipping courier so it took longer than expected. I got my order within two days after talking to them. I would've just liked to have known it was going to take longer than expected without having to reach out.
That being said, the product itself is really nice and I have been using it every night with no issues since.

I don't recommend it at all...
I ordered the Galaxy Projector 2.0 which only covers a small piece of the wall. The projector is loud when the stars move. Bluetooth connects to my neighbor's phone and cannot be turned off with any button which is very annoying. The package was sent from China, I even took a photo of the shipping label. This product has no connection to Australia, it was even packed in typical Chinese bags. The box with the projector wasn't even sealed. In the photos on their site, they use several of these projectors in a room to encourage purchase. Customer service is a joke, replies off-topic or does not reply at all. The only positive is the projector and the remote control is made of a nice material.

The USB in the back of the unit is so…
The USB in the back of the unit is so flimsy it breaks off therefore the unit is useless I want to use mine at three times and now it won’t work because the piece of USB has broken off and is shaking inside the unit so all that money down the drain So do you ask for a replacementI have in the past that got me nowhere so I noticed that little code on the back which brought me to this trusted pilot so there you go thank you for taking my experience which was lousy

Would be perfect if i could use it because my kids have one each we can't use them at the same time im not sure if there's a way but that's a big down fall for me and my kids. Im considering sending 2 of them back since one only works at the same time

Our projector uses wireless technology to connect to a device and project images onto a wall or ceiling. However, if multiple projectors are being used in the same room, they may interfere with each other's wireless signals, causing connectivity issues.
To address this, we recommend that you try using the projectors in different rooms, or at least far enough apart from each other so that their wireless signals don't interfere with each other. Additionally, make sure to follow the instructions in the user manual and use the devices as intended, as this can also help with connectivity.

Remote Control is much better than App Control
The reason why I give a 5 star rating is because Gaia Galaxy Projector has a remote control that is easy to use while other brands offer APP control. I purchased a Blisslight projector with App remote as I thought it would be convenient using my phone to change colors. However I had to return it because the app required wholly invasive permissions to my phone. When you install the app it shows a screen where you have to give them permission to all the data on your phone. This includes full access to your photos and documents, your GPS, and cached data from other apps on your phone. It’s all about DATA now so we gotta be conscious of what we buy. I would highly recommend Gaia Galaxy over any other brands that has App control, Alexa or Google connection. Plus you can use it overnight without worrying about the negative effects of EMF radiation like when using app remote via phone. My kids don’t have a phone so it’s super easy for them to use Gaia Galaxy’s remote to change the colors and speed. Sometimes traditional way of life is the better way!

So happy with the upgraded version with new improvements
I purchased Gaia Galaxy last year in 2020 and really liked the projector. However I gave Gaia Galaxy a feedback about what they could improve:
- the automatic turn off after 2 hours is quite annoying
- bluetooth speaker sound
- bigger nebula
And they replied saying they really cared about customer’s feedbacks and take them very seriously. I didn’t really pay much attention until I recently ordered another one to give as a birthday present for my cousin. And Gaia Galaxy remembered me and thanked me for my suggestions which they went ahead and improved their projectors. So happy with the new upgraded version that resolved all the issues I pointed out. There is no more “automatic turn off after 2 hours”, the Bluetooth speaker has much better sound quality which is a great value, and the nebula is definitely much much bigger and more vivid in colors. This is the reason why I left a review on Trustpilot for them. They really do care about I shared and acted on it!

Absolutely worth it!
I am surprised with the value delivered with this GAIA Galaxy Projector. It is full of surprises. My daughter simply loves this. This is new addition to our home and her room. It has been just awesome so I have purchased 1 more. One for my meditation room in the basement and as a projector/bar room light.
PROS:
- Built-in Bluetooth Speaker
- Remote control.
- Easy to use remote control and Bluetooth connection.
-Great customer service assisting me when my first order was delayed.
I personally love this for my daily Pranayama Meditation which I use for Relaxation and I play my music using my iPhone with the Bluetooth speaker. So this has been a complete package purchase for me is why I am super excited. I’m looking forward to purchase their new products which are coming soon.

I ordered one to America for my friend on his birthday and one to Vietnam for myself. The order to US was very smooth and my friend loved this present. He has a studio to produce music so this projector is perfect for his setups. My order in Vietnam has an issue, when it arrived i turned it on, however the star didn’t rotate because some parts might haven been broken during transport. I contacted Gaia Galaxy and they resolved it instantly, apologized sincerely and offered to send a new replacement that arrived on the same day and also gave us a good discount for next purchase. We were very impressed by their customer service and how they care about customer experience. Therefore I decided to leave them this honest review and 5 star for the overall experience. I would recommend Gaia Galaxy to my friends and family

A little overpriced
The light is pretty cool but just doesn’t seem worth the price I payed. Considering you can get the same light effects from buying 2-3 cheaper lights. I don’t think the fact that it’s a few lights in one makes up for the price point. And also the example pictures are definitely edited/not even the same projector light.

Not worth the money for this thing it doesn’t even cover a portion of a room it’s one little tiny glob on the roof. Waste of money.

Revising my review from 2 stars to 5. Item transit took much longer than was communicated -- I received the galaxy light about two days after I wrote the review below. This was about 2.5 weeks after ETA, but understandably there are many factors impacting U.S. shipping/mailing services currently. Item came in great condition, is easy to use, and works perfectly! Staff are pretty responsive (see below -- appears they edited their response recently as well) when needed, as well!
Item has been in transit for about three weeks. I do expect it soon, but I can’t really write a review for a product that hasn’t arrived. However I’ve been prompted several times via email to write a review which has been mildly frustrating. I don’t particularly fault anyone as that’s how things go, so here’s to hoping I can upgrade this review when I ideally get the item within the week!

My whole family love it!!
I was a little skeptical with all the positive reviews but honestly this projector was more than what I expected it to be. The lights gives an oceanic effect and feel and the laser lights enhances the whole experiences. My kids really love it and If you get the right lights on you can create a northern light, the kids felt they were watching the real Aurora borealis. The best part about all this is that, it has a speaker connect it via bluetooth to your phone. The kids love it a lot since I was able to create the exact scenario from the movie FROZEN 2 "Show Yourself" Song and to be able to replicate that experience in reality was something else. The features in this projector are endless. You can set the speed of your ocean wave lights, mix match the colors and control the laser lights to fade or stay constant. The lights responds to the music being played. You can set the timer as well, which comes in handy especially when you want the lights on just for few hours, that way it turns off when the kids go to sleep. I also love that the star has a rotating feature. You can adjust the volume of speaker as well and change the soundtracks from the remote too. You can get everything done from the remote. I am definitely going to get one for myself. It's just so amazing to relax and wind down and play some soothing music of your liking and create an oceanic effect or like staring into the space. The best projector I have come across online. The reviews are real. Just get it. You won't regret it.

Amazing Experience!!!
bought this as a night light for my six-month-old baby who wakes up multiple times during the night. Usually all he wants is to be held then he'll go right back to sleep. Adorable, but also exhausting. This projector has helped me get more sleep. Now when my son wakes up at night, he sees the moving patterns and stars, and there's a pretty good chance that it's enough to calm him down and get him to fall back asleep on his own. This is the second projector I've purchased from Gaia Galaxy. With so many similar versions of this light available online, this is by far the best one I've tried. The projector itself is well made and fairly easy to use. When it's turned on to the highest brightness, it's bright enough to read a book and change nappy. At its dimmest setting, it's bright enough to find a pacifier on a dark mattress cover, which has been excellent. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase. What's the value of a few more hours of sleep? At least as much as this costs, and probably far more. I also used this projector while watching TV, having a warm relaxing bath and also for birthday parties and family dinners. Such a great vibe to connect people together.

The motor is a bit jerky at the lowest setting, it's not a smooth linear rotation, it has a stutter probably from the gears engaging, because it also makes a sound as it rotates. I use it for falling asleep, and thankfully the smooth voice of Bob Ross drowns it out, but during the quiet parts I can hear it whirring slowly away.
Also it can be set at a few angles: 0, 45 and 90, but it would have been nice to have a few more notches to offer more control on the angle.
For the price, I would have expected a slightly better mechanism or motor, but honestly I'm sure most people wouldn't even notice.
