Ordered a tea and eggs for breakfast.
Eggs arrived but no tea.
After waiting 10 mins, I approached a staff member (who really wasn’t interested in speaking) and said I was waiting for my tea. Was then told that tea is served at end of counter.
Unfortunately I didn’t have my crystal ball so had no idea this was the process.
Told me it was there waiting but I explained it would be cold so they reluctantly made another.
I then saw (a few mins later) the member of staff looking over at me and sniggering.
Food was also below average.
Will stick with Costa or Starbucks next time!

Poor communication on using the app for gathering reward points.
Poor quality hot chocolate, not smooth and creamy. Watery and very bland tasting.

I am going to Gail's in Golders Green. I ordered my bread for click and collect. My order is always ready on time. All staff is polite. Karolina always great me with smile and kindness. I observe her with others costumers and she always ready to help. I want to say thank you to all team in Golders Green for your hard job. Keep smile and do your best.
I went to Gails in golders green last week and i was amazed by inefficient they are. Plus the quality of breads are not the same at all. First of all, i have entered the shop which is a big shop in the golders green (a hub for tubes and coaches). It is quite busy as expected and guess what? They only 2 employees who are serving customers and both of them were naturally exhausted. Long queue. Then i have asked for my favorite seeded sourdough. I got my bread and when tasted it at home i have realized that it is not even close to the same taste which i have bought in different gails shops. I could east 6-7 slices of that bread and still want to eat more but this time i cannot even eat the half of it. Cheap packed asda bread is more delicisious that this one which is £4. So definetely not worth visit that shop in Golders green, i was very happy when they opened in october as i expected them to be good as the ones in other areas, but i was definetely wrong.. very disappointing
Went to Gail’s in Temple Fortune - it was terrible- uncomfortable / snobby unfriendly staff & the food & our tea was expensive & horrible

My partner & I visited Gail's at 897 Finchley Road London Nw11. It is one of many we have visited. Considering its size the amount of seating is poor, Tables are round, not square like other Gail's. Seating is better upstairs, but this excludes people with a physical and/or sensory disability. A customer stood up & gave us her table as she could see I was in difficulty. Lots of unused space downstairs. If you wish to consider a Gail's making full use of all space available, then I suggest you visit Kentish Town which has square tables and wide shelving with chairs by the entrance. Our experience was so poor, we brought home the food we had purchased.

I encountered the worst treatment I have ever experienced in my life. There is a barista who makes the coffees in Golders Green branch. When she could not make the coffee I had been drinking every day for many years, she started to attack me verbally: And whenever I go to this shop, she deliberately ignores my orders, but makes the coffee of those who come after me. And she behaves even worse shamelessly talks about me to her co-workers. (I don't even know her and I'm so surprised because of she is obsessed with the customer instead of doing her job This is never acceptable or normal behavior. And not professional at all !! ) I have never seen anyone in my life who goes over her limits and treats customers badly, insults them, and disrespects them. Do not go to this shop to avoid being subjected to such a bad behaviour.
Unfortunately, her bad behavior shocked me. That's why I want Gail’s management to see this message. Because this is never acceptable !!

I visited Gail’s in new Golders Green branch this morning with our dog. Not my first time but first time I was told I couldn’t sit inside with a dog, only take away or to sit outside because it’s against Gail’s policy. I think they need to use some discretion, my dog sits beside me, is controlled and doesn’t bark, he’s a small toy dog, I would have been allowed to sit down I’m sure if it wasn’t for this gentleman walking in with 2 dogs that he could not control. Also I’ll be happy to sit outside if it wasn't 5 degrees temperature. I’m giving 4 stars because staff are actually very nice there and they brew tasty filter coffee which is not available in most coffee shops. I disagree with other reviews about staff being unfriendly, I never experienced that in other London branches either.
