An insult to the art of a coffee making

We had 3 coffees in the Oxford branch and they were the worst we've had anywhere in a long time. One oat milk flat white came with normal milk. Both flat whites tasted like cappuccinos and were luke warm. Seriously, an insult to the art of coffee-making. It was late in the day, so maybe the staff were tired, but don't make coffee if you don't do it with love, so suggest GAIL'S think about how their staff are doing at the end of a long day. How can you help them to maintain good service when they're exhausted?
