Terrible Shower Engine
since moving into our current house 8 years ago we have had at least 7 Gainsborough shower engines 10.5 KW. Some only lasting 5 months ! We are now moving to a different brand

The replacement prds arrived within two…
The replacement prds arrived within two days. Unfortunately the pre has activated twice during the past eighteen months for no apparent reason and my plumber will try to find the cause when he comes to fit the replacement.

Ordered part that they don't have.
I ordered a front cover and badge for a SE shower,they took my money knowing the badge was discontinued, i received a email confirmation of cover and badge. The following day i received another email confirmation but without the badge, no reason or sorry. I called them and had to wait ages, and then to be told they were discontinued,but they still show on their website. What a way to run a business, i have to wait for a refund.
The badges are still on their website. They will take your money for something they haven't got

Falling short of expectations When my order was placed the order…
When my order was placed the order confirmation email advised that I would receive a delivery tracking number once my order was dispatched. I was never sent this number,further having not received it after four days I emailed customer services to enquire if the replacement part ordered had been dispatched,it took seven days for customer services to respond to this simple request.
