Don’t deal wit these people I got approved for a lone signed all of my paperwork and did everything I was suppose to do so I could get medical treatment they made me miss two major appointments as a result of that I was left in pain for days I signed paperwork saying that I received a loan and never received anything no one apologized To me for their huge mess up in nor did they care I highly do not recommend these people to anyone

Asked for loan
Asked for loan. Checked status of my application to which they said lawyer handing sent document back. Of course this is day before Thanksgiving so there is a 4 day weekend , called my attorney on Monday to which I find out she sent the documents back on Wednesday. Yet when I call Therese people back they are still saying they are waiting for documents to which I let them know my attorney sent Wednesday. They put me on hold then tell me they have located my documents and are sending them to the underwriters. Wait all day to be told something I end up having to call them to be told I'm being denied. These people are sooooo unprofessional and crooks to boot. I could have been let known on Wednesday instead of Monday so I could have went elsewhere to get the loan but now I have to wait longer because they don't know how to do their jobs.
