I joined Gaintplay back in October 2023, and as soon as I joined, I saw an offer that was being promoted and featured. This offer was on Adbreak Media's offerwall. So I completed the offer correctly in accordance with the criteria mentioned and without a VPN connection. However, I never received the rewards mentioned.

So I went onto Adbreak Media's offerwall page on my reward status and saw that the offer I completed had tracked correctly and the rewards status was on pending. So I submitted a ticket directly to Adbreak Media but still never heard anything back from them.

Then I had nowhere to go, so I contacted Gaintplay's customer services and they told me that they'll write an email directly to them. However, I still didn't receive any communication back from Adbreak media. After that I contacted Gaintplay's customer services again and on numerous occasions over a period of 6 months for them to help me redeem my rewards from their offerwall Adbreak media and they told me on several occasions throughout that they wrote to them with a response but I still never heard anything back from them, not even an acknowledgement.

So I finally put in a formal complaint with Gaintplay and they eventually provided me with a direct email address for Adbreak Media. So after emailing them directly, I still haven't heard anything from them.

So after constantly requesting help from Gaintplay with this issue for over 6 months, and not hearing anything back from Adbreak Media, there is nothing else I can do to redeem my rewards nor the money I spent on the offer. So I wrote another formal complaint to Gaintplay recently for their complete lack of support after clearly being scammed by one of their offerwall companies and for accommodating fraudulent scamming offerwall companies like Adbreak Media and others. However, they haven't even bothered to acknowledge my complaint.

Therefore, this is a warning to you all not to spend any time and money on any offers on Gaintplay because if anything doesn't go your way then they won't help nor support you and you'll end up losing lots of valuable time, money and cause yourself an immense amount of unnecessary stress!
