We had a great experience with Galago travel, everything was organised from start to finish and ran really smoothly. The recommended lodge was an incredible place and ensured we had a comfortable stay amongst all the animals.

My wife and I booked through James at Galago Travel for our honeymoon, and it was the best travel decision we would ever make. From obtaining the best deals on luxury safari lodges to planning our itinerary to the finest of details, James had thought of absolutely everything for our trip, allowing us to completely relax - so much so we were able to travel the day after our wedding with no stress! From every transfer and flight check in, James was completely aware of our every move and worked hard to make things easy for us. Even when our BA flight from London was slightly delayed late in the evening, James immediately was in contact with his people in Johannesburg to ensure we were not adversely affected.
Clearly Galago Travel have a deep understanding of the safari business - they will work with their vast array of lodges to ensure you have the best holiday to suit your specific desires. Our safari experience was perfect - we had upgrades at every place we stayed alongside the cheap deals we were already quoted. After we finished our safari week we flew to Mozambique, with all the travel plans flowing absolutely seamlessly - clearly Galago’s expertise isn’t just contained in the safari business! We will be booking again.

Galago is absolutely brilliant, everything is thought of and sorted out for you. Can not fault them at all, everything happens when they say it will and all the accommodation, trips and transport is unreal!

Great Experince From Start to Finish.

James did a fantastic job spending time to fully understand all the elements that I wanted to include in the trip then did an even greater job of linking it all together a finding amazing accommodation and trips that exceeded expectations.

From start to finish my dealings have been professional and flawless, with great communication throughout which took away any potential stress and made the trip one of the most memorial experiences for myself and more importantly my wife – it was her Birthday trip. Small touches such as the trip video ahead of booking the trip right up to the little gift basket before we went away were class. Good support in place with electronic itinerary which gave clear timings and all the information needed. Brilliant additional detailed documents provided to help plan visits to local restaurants and attractions. Having done a lot of travelling across my life time Galago Travel are without doubt the best I have ever dealt with, if you have never done a safari trip before or travelled to the regions they specialise in I can safely say they will put together a trip of a life time.

We honestly can't thank Galago Travel enough for organising the trip of a lifetime! We had quite a specific idea of what we wanted for our honeymoon; James listened to all our ideas & through his extensive knowledge and experience, organised the most perfect holiday, taking into account everything we had asked for plus so much more. Despite us approaching Galago relatively last minute, the Trip was organised to perfection, from the fantastic communication throughout, seamless travel arrangements (we had quite a few flights to get to our camps, so this must have been a logistical nightmare) to the most incredible camps he selected in Botswana and Hotel in Mozambique, every aspect was faultless. We could keep gushing on, but I think another guest staying at our second lodge, Okavango Explorers sums it up quite well - 'We've run out of adjectives to describe how much we've loved this place and experience'.
Thanks to Galago - we truly have memories that will last a lifetime. Olivia and Alex x

Brilliant holiday on our trip to Borneo and Thailand! Great organisation from James and communication throughout the trip to make sure everything went well. We had hotels and transfers included which made it very easy once we'd landed and the trip even came in cheaper than if we had booked it ourselves!
