I reached out to Galahad Computers and I asked if they could make me a build including a screen that worked with my very tight budget of 500 pounds.

They initially said it wasn't possible to put all new parts and offered to source all the parts and it took roughly 2 weeks to get me an amazing build and shipped it to Ireland Despite not listing that they ship to Ireland on their website. I received the build and they actually did include some parts that were new and offered a 3-year warranty if any problems occurred.

I received the build and I think it's absolutely fantastic and would easily recommend this company to anyone. They offer an upgrade offer by stepping up and paying the difference on your parts so the peace of mind I get from ordering from these people and having the ability to upgrade in the future is worth every penny.

Order arrived promptly and was really well packaged. I'd definitely use Galahad again next time I need some parts or peripherals for my PC.

I called up Galahad Computers on the 16th and they discussed and explained the options I had for the computer I wanted. They were very patient and took me through every concern I had they were very knowledgeable and whenever I asked for something they had an immediate solution and gave me options and helped me choose what I wanted.

I got the computer the following wednesday as I wanted to pick it up myself but later on I had problems with it and it Kept restarting every 30-45 minutes then every 5 minutes but it wasn’t his fault (The motherboard BIOS version was very buggy and he troubleshooted it and downgraded the motherbios BIOS and the issue was fixed.)

He spent the following Saturday and Sunday at my home fixing the computer and diagnosing every possible problem the computer had and helped me set it up (16-17 hours on Saturday-Sunday the day before Christmas) All of this was done completely free of charge.

The GPU also had a problem and it was crashing but he got it replaced and got a new one to me that I liked more (Palit Gamerock OC and changed from the Asus Strix gaming 4070 ti)

All in all I spent 3690 to get this computer and I am incredibly happy with the end result and will easily recommend this company as they will do whatever it takes to fix your problem when you purchase a computer from them.

As a personal note I was talking to the owner Abdul-Hamid and he told me “It wouldn’t feel right if I sold a computer and it was out their and it had problems and I knew a person was having problems with it. I just want to be an honest merchant and seller tries his best to help people out”

have to say this order surpased any expectations i had. What @Galahad was able to do was soemthign special. My order was a custom pc and was plagued with issues from the start. However @Galahad worked with me to find solutions that i felt comfotable with and truly truly went above and beyond anything i could have expected
The pc had incorrect parts arrive from the supplier and GPUs disappearing left right and centre meeting my timeframe became a very big challenge
But this man found solutions that i couldn't even think of
Even whilst on Holiday
I can say with confidence that i trust this man with any future purchases and im sure these issues will be iced out as the company grows
I cant recommend him enough
to hand deliver the PC on Saturday night threw snow that isnt just rare in the industry its non existent
so if anyone every has any concerns or questions regarding working with @Galahad id be happy to answer any questions because this was something special
the PC he built was nothing shrot of spectacular

But to some it up this guy, surpased expectations, provided amazing customer service and at extremely competetive prices and i cant reccomend him enough

A newcomer to the PC parts space in the UK as I write this, but they handled my order well and at a good price. Personal communication is excellent (Discord and Shopify messaging received quick and honest replies).

Still some glitches with the automated order updates (mine didn't), and shipping was delayed slightly by ordering at a very busy time. But those are minor technical details that'll no doubt be sorted over time.

Fantastic and transparent communication. Response times were great and all the questions and worries I had regarding ordering were smoothly handled. Brilliant deals and the item arrived as expected in great condition. Very happy with the order.

Had a discount code not apply, these people were up until 23:00 still chatting with me to resolve this. When I got the CPU, it came TRIPLE boxed so there was no way it was going to get damaged - it also came next day.
