App won't allow you to move past rating screen to even get to your information and it will only move on if you give 5 stars.

Paid extra to NOT be on their subscription program and they charged my credit card again anyway. Spoke with their AI assistant and it was able to cancel the next order but would not refund what it had already been charged. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

From the start very easy! Delivery is quick.

The only reviews I believe is the one from the BBB. They give GALA and F, which I believe they deserve. They use AI in customer service almost exclusively. I have yet to speak to a human being. I had paid in advance for 3 shipments, which was a mistake. The first shipment arrived without a vial. I immediately called and followed up with an e-mail, and later pictures of the box and contents which they requested. At that point I wrote them that I wanted to cancel my account, receive a complete refund and to not ship anything in the future. They had 14 days notice before the next shipment was to ship. They failed to stop the shipment. I am now waiting on a call tag for the box to be returned. I have still not received a refund, nor have I been able to speak with anyone. I think the rating from the Better Business Bureau is the correct one. I would have selected a zero, if that was an option.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... kept charging my card after I told them I didnt' want more product. They NEVER SENT the product and told me they couldn't refund me for charged product. WHAT? It hasn't been sent- I told you I dont' want it. And they've charged me $1,014 - no product. ALSO - I HAVE VERY STRONG HAIR- ITS THINNING AND BREAKING BAD!!!
NO WEIGHT LOSS. BUYER BEWARE! Most their "good" reviews are people who just signed up and were asked to write a review immediately before they had results, experiences with the company, or could use the app.

Terrible customer service. I trnasitioned from a reputable provider and provided dose prescription which they continued to supply lower dose (save them money). Beaware. Customer servce could barely form a sentance. GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!

It's been 8 days since the AI bot began promising me that a human would contact me. They tripled the price, I told them not to ship, they kept my money and now won't respond in any way other than their patronizing AI bot. They have a phone number, but they answer and hang up on you.

Terrible experience first prescription was a month late then they kept attempting to charge me for my second month as soon as I receive my first month, I asked him it’s not charging me and they said they would and they kept trying to charge me when the second month came around. I had to keep pushing again for the prescription to be sent out and I got an email saying that I needed to complete labs. I told them I would be canceling because I do not have time to go. They told me I should not have in that email. I told them I just wanted to cancel that this entire experience has been bad and experience. I had on the phone with the healthcare practitioner with bad as well that she was extremely rude. I received several smart ass emails from the company no attempt to solve anything and the only “apology” I got was in regards to the healthcare practitioner, and the apology was “sorry it felt that way”

The app is user-friendly, plus the personalized care makes everything feel smooth and easy to navigate.

Good experience

There is nothing good I have to say about this company. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks now for my first order to ship. No communication from any humans, everything is all AI bots!

ai dr placed me back on 2.125 from 15mg..
derailed 2 years of titration!!! never reached out to compensate for 3 months of wrong dose resulting in loss of titration and 10# weight gain

now they’re ghosting…

I want a full refund immediately!!! NOT ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT TIRZEPATIDE BUT EVEN IF IT WAS, I WAS CHARGED FOR MUCH LESS THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE. IM SUPPOSED TO GET 12.5MG OF TIRZEPATIDE AND WHAT I GOT WAS 11.125 mg OF WHAT THEY SAID WAS A COMPOUND OF Tirzepatide/NAD+/Cyanocobalamin for close to $300 after using a discount. I dont know how this company got the rating that it has but what I ended up paying for was not real tirzepatide. Compared to other higher rating companies ive used before, I have never paid for for fake tirzepatide but thats what happens when you keep looking for cheaper options. You end up buying fake tirzepatide that i dont even know if I'll ever get a refund for.
