The marketing emails by this casino convinced me to deposit for a bonus. The bonus was awarded in a way that it would not work on any games. The customer service agent convinced me many times to wager more so I deposited multiple times to try to get this bonus but in the end this bonus did not work on any games and I got scammed by customer service agents and marketing emails

The slots are rigged, had a change to get a mega jack pot on one of the slot games , and had to wait for something to active and it didn't and played for nearly 43 mins and not a win.

I would give any Ladbrokes site a wide birth especially Gala Spins. I am a new player of only 3 months. I was gaining good wins is the only reason I can think they have done the below to me! They have somehow self excluded me for 2 years. I did not self exclude.

I had an unreasonable deposit limit of £125 set on my account.
I have been discriminated against because I have mental health issues and I had a CCJ for £178.
I have been passed from pillar to post in order to try to use gala spins and been stonewalled at every avenue.
The treatment has been very disrespectful I have only been a player for 3 months.
I have been blocked from all Ladbrokes for 2 years without any clear explanation.
Gala Spins have asked for my most personal information only to block me.

I wish I had checked the reviews. Their customer service is atrocious. I have put in a formal complaint and heard nothing back and I am going to the gambling commission. Save yourself any hassle, games on other sites are better anyway.

Will be contacting the gambling commission. This site is definitely rigged. Spent a fair bit of money and the bonuses non existent. The higher the bet the ratio to win are lower. Only bonus was in a £5 per spin bet and it was giving me bonus hits of £1.25!

I will be taking legal action to recover my funds. Account closed, never again.

I on £66 on a bonus , then it froze ,i refreshed and monies not there, went to help chat where someone called Angelica looked into the problem, she told me yes it got stucked !and she had sent to Tech and i should wait 24hrs and monies should go into my a/c .... not there next day so chat again ....wait 24hrs......next day I get Lyra who tells me Angelia mistakenly told me that and no evidence i won total robbers i closed my a/c. This used to be a fun site to use. Not any more. I would advise to delete ur account gala all 3 sites are very poor u spend 10 or 20 and reward give u 3 spins in game that u can win.
