Personalized service! The agent is totally dedicated to make it appear that you are the sole client despite managing several other travelers simultaneously I'm sure. Had plenty of questions about our upcoming travels and always received a response to my emails promptly and to my satisfaction.
In this era of online bookings and travel portals galore, it's good to know someone's got your back and available to provide solutions as opposed to some chat bot giving random responses!
