8 months experience in Ai Animation, I have taught myself to create Ai Images and Ai Animation, I learned to navigate my way through the website that make it very confusing for newbies.... Even your site has allot of friction for the work flow, Nice everything on same site almost, then It seems Stupid to have your credits in the millions who thought of that...Well Let's see lets confuse the hell out of user with create image 0.02 million credits ... I actually subscribe $15.00 with millions of credits lasted me 2-3 days if that now what....Of course pay more...I pay credits even when the images come out wrong all the websites that just are making money off other peoples generators are just expensive slot machines hoping that you get something of any value I can put on a timeline and use...

This app is amazing. Its really as advertised, makes using AI a lot simpler and there are so many hidden AI tools in here that you can honestly get lost in the sauce. I dont think theres something that AI cant do that isnt available within Galaxy.ai

I've been working with ai design for a while using several other programs but Galaxy.ai gives me access to multiple software programs on one easy to use platform. It's expanded my ability to design images that are far and away some of the best I've ever done. The Lifetime subscription was money well spent for this kind of access to such amazing cutting edge programs. I highly recommend Galaxy.ai

I don't like that we have to pay to much for everything and the apps errors

Okay, I previously wrote what my experience was and is when I am using Galaxy.Ai. I expressed to the people who are in charge of this platform what my personal gripes are. I also was doing a review to gain credits. That is what my first review experience was about.

Now, I have an issue with Galaxy.Ai upholding their part in this credit earning task. They have NOT responded to my task, which I completed, and have NOT given me credits for performing the task. Why do people do this? They want you to be customers/clients, but, treat you like you are someone with no value.

I think the question is, should I just stop using Galaxy.Ai or give them the opportunity to make things right and make sure they stay right?

I’ve been using Galaxy.ai for a bit, and I honestly think it’s really awesome because it makes school stuff and writing way easier. I like that you can choose different AI models depending on what you need, and the Arena thing is cool because you can compare answers side-by-side and pick the best one. It also helps a lot when you upload files because it can summarize them or pull out the important parts, which saves me so much time. Projects keep everything organized so I don’t lose track of what I’m doing, and you can even make custom assistants that match what you need. And ALL OF THIS for just $15 A MONTH! Getting all these tools individually would cost more than $600 a month. Overall it just feels super helpful and reliable, and I’d definitely give it 5 stars. The only possible thing they could change to make it better is to offer transparent credit usage statistics (e.g. one chat message takes on average 0.06m credits, one video takes about 0.5m credits, etc).

Galaxy AI is a scam. I bought the lifetime plan when they claimed they fixed their 2024, 2025 mess. That was a lie. Four months of not activating access, delays in responses, redirects, claims they turned on access only to learn they lied about that too. Once they altered my password so I was locked out.
Most recently they altered their plan so they can lock people out until the customer pays a fee for what we alreadty paid for which is a violation of contract law. Emails meet with an AI generated response about how it will all be fine as soon as I pay them the entirety of the original lifetime plan fee all over again.
I've realized ChatGpt can be used to teach me where to go for the Free AI AND it can teach me how to Use those programs.
I'm going to leave GalaxyAI and hope they implode from others learning that the free options DO exist
