The same day I received their plastic rose I notified them of my intention to return item. I sent it back the very next day with tracking and delivery was confirmed. I haven't received my refund to date. This type of companies shouldn't exist in the USA.

My wife said the flower was really pretty and is very happy with the flower. I thought the company was in Wyoming but the flower was shipped was from China. The flower came ten after ordering.

Yeah, just like the rest of the reviews. Over a month goes by with no response or shipping information. Purchasing here is legitimately akin to throwing your money in the toilet and flushing, because you will not get anything back. Seriously though, trash people and trash site don’t lose y’alls money for no reason like me.

Do not order anything from this company, they are a complete scam.

First off they got 1star cause u have to b4 you give your review smh !!!This is a scam I order on jan 19 2021 no tracking info still didn't get my package customer service is no professional I email them they emailed me back that it was shipped so no professional SCAM STILL NO PACKAGE OR EMAILS BACK

I ordered a Galaxy Rose LED May 8th, 2020. I have been getting the run around on why my order has still not been received. I was told I would get a partial refund ten days ago and have not received a dime!!! I’m beginning to think this is a complete scam!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered my mother a rose for mother's day on April 29th. It's June 10th and she still hasn't received it. I have contacted them several times and they kept assuring me it was shipped and in transit.. they provided tracking which showed they ship from CHINA. On their website, they claim to be a USA based company. They also state on their site that Currently, shipping will take 6-12 days. After I brought these details to their attention, they offered me a 10% refund, to which I declined. I told them that's ridiculous, so then they offered a 50% refund. I accepted that. Then they responded that they will issue a shipping fee refund. Shipping fee refund and 50% refund are not the same. I am disgusted with these scammers

This place keeps giving the run around when it comes to what I bought. I even bought expedited shipping so that this would be here before Valentine’s Day as this was supposed to be the most special thing I got for my fiancé, but it never came. I do not recommend ordering from these guys and if you do, don’t expect your rose to ever come. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a chargeback with my bank.

Never I mean NEVER order from this company, I never received my order and I email them and they respond back saying it’s in the mail , awful.

Horrible company. Never received my order and they used my CC number for $500 in fraudulent charges to Verizon. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this company. They claim to be a US based company, But thier products ship from china. This "company" seems to be a one person show. They do no follow their own policies and respond weeks after contacting them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
