This should be a zero star review as I ordered six mini backpacks and never got any of them. I emailed them and got a bogus claim that it was the fault of the postal service. Total scam

PLEASE READ REVIEWS!!!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!! TOOK MY MONEY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered a bag in November and still have not received it. 19 emails later since December and they finally sent me a confirmation refunding my money. So many different stories(aka lies) in every email. I finally told them I was reporting them to the port shipping authority to put them on alert list and the FDIC so banks would put a hold on any purchase consumer made from them.

I guess I should've read the reviews before buying one of their bags. Terrible customer service... no bag and it's been over a month and a half now!! Same generic email stating usps issues or bs ... tired of empty promises

I would give zero if I could they respond with a generic statement saying was picked up but not scanned. I call bologna. It has been 22 days of the same response. They take money but do not deliver products. Funny how each time it is the identical excuse that it was picked up by the USPS on the 15th of last month. That's funny my order date was not until after that date. Scam artists. They no longer reply I sent back a copy of purchase showing it was purchased after the 15th and to please quit lying with the same story it was picked up by post office. Unless they knew I was just going to buy the bag before I did they did not send out my order on that date anyway.

I'm in the same boat with a lot of other reviewers. I ordered from Galiteck twice before and received my orders. They ran a special and I bought into it. Numerous emails go unanswered about where my order is. I did receive one email that blamed RuffRing, but no product and no help. They have turned into a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

Ordered the buy one get 6 bag offer on Nov. 28th and have received nothing. Numerous e mails sent and no response. Phone calls and messages left with no response. Package tracking shows pre shipment label created on Dec. 15th and thats it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Afraid my $50 is gone.

They took my money and have yet to deliver. I’m beginning to think this company is a scam. Don’t purchase Galitek.

I bought a bag from Galiteck last year and it arrived on time and it looked great. We used it at Disneyworld and by the end of our 2 week trip the insides were tearing because it was cheap quality. I also noticed it was made in China and not in the USA like they advertised. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I ordered a ridiculous sounding deal from galiteck. Buy 1 get 6 free with 25% off, usually I would ignore a deal like this. It sounds too stupid to be true, but I ordered it anyways, thinking it was legit because I got a bag from them before. Oh, and I was supposed to get expidited shipping if I ordered in the next 5 mins and free rings from "ruffring.com". I got a confirmation email from ruffring.com who I guess was now galiteck(?) and that was the last I heard from them. I went to check the status of my order and when I clicked on the link sent to my email, it took me to a shopify page asking if I'd like to make an e-commerce website. So now it seems they stole my money and ran off and shut down the website. I found galiteck on Instagram but they haven't posted since 2019. I found the original galiteck website and emailed their support to see if I get a response, which I doubt I will. While looking for info on galiteck I did find the same bags being sold at Walmart.com by a third party for $15. I'm not buying another bag that looks remotely like these from galiteck. I'm going to contact my bank, the bbb, and try to sue galiteck and ruffring.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered in November, they took my money immediately and no product, they won't answer emails. They SUCK!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I order a pack for my husband's Christmas, middle of November. They will not respond to any of my emails, and they never have anyone available to answer the phone. I have left several messages. They did not waste anytime taking my money, but their customer service is terrible!! I will not order from them again...

I order a dragon's breath lighter, got email its being shipped with tracking # the tracking number does not work. I have emailed over 30 times tried calling to only get no one is avail. It is all BS I am filing with BBB and any and all I can. My order may have been small but still it is MY MONEY. Also contacted the bank as well.

The straps that came with my EDC 2.0 are non-functioning. And too small. Yes the product came from China. I can't even return it because the name above the return address is bogus. John Doe it says.

A little on the small size but it's well made. Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but both of mine are well made and the zippers function as advertised.

Posted misleading advertising for one price and tried to charge more saying it was an old advertisement... Typical bait and switch... False advertising... Do not buy from them.

Most definitely made in China. Hell, a made in China tag was in the packaging. Don't let all the Texas and Don't Tread on Me branding fool you, this is a Chinese product.

This bag is junk Its not made usa Its China made All stitching is falling apart only had bag for two weeks please do not buy nothing like the videos or the pictures you see not double-stitched HD material with super thin stitching this company is ripping people off

5 weeks after paying still haven’t received.

The ads and videos give the impression this is an American company. But I suspect, as with previous reviewer it’s just a front for a Chinese company. I got a small pack and when I opened the bag I found to have a terribly strong chemical odor. Also, a “made in China” tag fell out. If you look closely at the website, they just say “ships from USA.” It made my hands and the whole room stink; I had to get it out of the room. The quality of the fabric and zippers was very poor, on the level of something you’d buy at the dollar store, not something with a pre-discount price of $80!

Do not buy from this company it is a sham . I ordered a day pack from them . They took my money and took almost 4 weeks to deliver my pack and when they did . It was so inferior it look like a 3 year old put it together . I messaged the company about a refund . Took them a month to respond back . Told me that they would gladly send me another pack .. march 3rd 2020 got an e mail saying my pack is being shipped . Today is april 17th over 6 weeks later . I have emailed them over 5 times in last 10 days and tried calling every day for past 10 days they do not answer . So buyer be ware this is a shell company probably fronting for a Chinese company that's why orders take so long . But never less it still shoddy an inferior workmanship I say DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! They are a sham
