Probably were never planning to send it

Ordered a print week and a half in advance as a birthday present, as shipping stated 3-4 days.

Contacted them a week later when nothing had arrived, they noted the delivery had been flagged as there was 'no street name', when I've never had this issue before. There was no proactive flagging of this, meaning I don't believe they intended to post it.

They posted the delivery on day I needed it by, and now the recipient is away for a month, very disappointing. Not the experience I expect given the premium price. Would not recommend.
