Terrible lack of customer service. They lost my parcel and take so long to get back to you. Avoid this company and truly any company that has no proper phone service. And takes weeks to email you back. Sub standard.

Beautiful gentle, fragrance free soap. I have sensitive skin and this works a treat. Also, doesn't go mushy like many scent free soaps currently.
I accidentally bought the scented soaps (they smell gorgeous), and Gallinee exchanged them straight away.

Good communication, swift delivery and a great product. Really appreciated the samples too .!

This is terrific shampoo if you, like me, have biofilm in your hair. It removes what washing with soap cannot. Good conditioning as well. Please put in back on Amazon when possible as it is the only product like this I’ve found and Iboriginally found it on Amazon. Thanks!

Great products at a good price. I wish they would make a richer version of the face cream. and in a 50ml size.

I don't usually write reviews, but I did their Microbiome Testing kit and it was weirdly accurate about my skin age, and interesting to learn more about my skin, and then have recommended products at the end that suit my skin best. The most innovative microbiome technology on the market!

Excellent service. I really like the products and the packaging is perfect. A plus is the samples that always come with the order and that everything is wrapped correctly. I highly recommend the brand.

I have been recommending Gallinee to the majority of my hair loss clients. This time, I took advantage of the Zero waste campaign sale to buy gifts for the holidays. Extremely quick delivery for an overseas package. I thought it was gonna take longer to arrive. After trying many ‘healthy’ toothpastes, I find the Gallinee toothpaste to be the best for me. The foaming cleanser is also my favorite. I use it on my scalp and intimate areas because of its balanced pH. Keep up the great mission! Can’t wait to see the new packaging.

Great products and amazing customer service. I have used Gallinèe's products for over 4 months and can see and feel a difference in my skin.

Customer care responded 3 times without actually answering my (repeated) question and thus caused me to be stuck with items I didn't want, with the only option being to return them at my own cost. Then the staff ignored me altogether when I pointed out to them that they had blatantly avoided answering my question, repeatedly.

Will not shop with this company again.

Also, their cleansing bar can be extremely drying. I don't know why they claim otherwise.
It's not the case for everyone. It definitely has the propensity to dry out skin to the extreme if your skin is on the drier side to begin with.

I actually got in touch again via Facebook and was ignored again.

Also, I don't recommend anybody to buy the little bag for the cleansing bars. It's a rip off and the string is not colorfast, thus not suitable for intended purpose. Mine was covered in black dye from the string after only one use and it doesn't come off with prolonged usage.

I have still not gotten my order. I made the purchase almost 4 weeks ago now

Face wash is the best product I ever used. Highly recommend for those who have sensitive skin.

I think the fragranced version of the bar is worse than the non-fraganced one which is out of stock.

Products arrived in great condition and quickly. I couldn’t wait to start using them. It’s been about a week and I can see some differences. I’m using the cleansing bar, the vinegar spray, moisturizer and oil, as well as the toothpaste. I’m trying to replace all of my original products and now looking for the serum and eye cream.

They quickly sent me the right one.
I shared with a friend the extra wrong item and she loved it. It really is soft on the skin and I gave the right one as a gift. She loved it. I will reorder again
