I rate my experience 4.5/5 stars only because the shipping cost does not include VAT, which can be a bit misleading. I also don't see the point in having a separate VAT for the shipping service for each country.
Otherwise I am completely satisfied as the prices are amazing as is the overall service.

Quicker than expected shipping to the US. The Shimano GRX groupset I ordered, while not in its original packaging, is authentic and in perfect new condition. It was well protected - bubble-wrapped and taped. I will definitely buy from Gambacicli again in the future!

I've made several purchases from Gambacicli now. First an Ultegra Di2 groupset and Zipp 303 Firecrest Wheels, and most recently a Selle Italia SLR Boost Kit Carbonio Superflow.

Both times, shipping has been quick (unbelievably quick on the saddle, 2 days from Italy to California) and products arrived in perfect condition.

I encountered problems in Australia with parts for my SIDI Wire cycling shoes, due to a change in SIDI import agents in Australia. A check online, and Gambacicli were highly recommended. Ordered a campagnolo n3w freehub from them they were by far the best for price which I wanted shipping to the uk. From ordering to me receiving it was 4 days by ups. I will look at buying again from these I can only highly recommend them.
