However, after a pretty large win ($30k) about 3 weeks back, I have not had a single profitable session since. I track every bonus buy and its RTP every time I play, and in the last 3 weeks my RTP over 318 buys and $22,000 was 37.52%, about 1/3 of the 96.5% advertised RTP. This is clear manipulation of odds as they claw back what they paid me out. Criminal, disgusting platform.
Support is useless - copy and paste replies about "random seeds". Zero compensation or effort to make it right, just robotic responses from AI support people.

Why is a verified customer being forced…
Why is a verified customer being forced to wait over a week for a "routine review" just to withdraw legitimate winnings?
I won just over $6,700 CAD in ETH in about 48 hours. Over $2,000 CAD was automatically withdrawn without issue. Then, the moment my balance reached roughly $4,000 CAD, my withdrawal was blocked and I was asked to complete full KYC. I immediately submitted every document requested and confirmed with support that everything required from my end was complete. I was told the review would take 24 hours to a few business days.
It's now been over a week with no progress, no timeline, and no meaningful response despite multiple follow-ups. The timing is hard to ignore. Alberta's regulated iGaming market launches on July 13, after which Gamdom won't be able to legally operate here.
From my perspective, it feels like you're trying to wait me out instead of paying a verified customer's legitimate withdrawal. If that's not the case, prove me wrong and release my funds.
This is an embarrassing look for a company that claims to put its players first.
