I am extremely disappointed with Gamdom's unprofessional practices. The moment I contacted their live chat support to ask about my missing funds, they abruptly banned my account under a vague "Terms Violation" instead of helping me!
While they refunded my original deposit, they completely confiscated my remaining balance of $206.40 without any explanation. This confiscated amount was not a private transfer, but a legitimate promotional reward from the public "Early Six" IPL campaign. Confiscating promotional winnings and banning users just for asking questions to support is completely unfair and lacks transparency.
I strongly advise new players to be careful. If you win from promotions, your money is not safe here and asking support will get you banned. Please review my account and release my rightful funds immediately.

My Program Shows 12% RTP Across 4 Accounts Over 4 Months of Play
I honestly cannot recommend this platform to anyone. I have been depositing and playing every single day for over 4 months, and in all that time I’ve maybe won 2–3 times from a single deposit, and even those wins were insignificant.
What really makes this suspicious is their so-called “Original Games (like Dice), which are supposed to have a 50/50 win/loss chance. In reality, I’ve lost around 96% of the time. That is not bad luck anymore – that’s statistically absurd and completely unrealistic.
It gets even worse when looking at the bigger picture. I’ve used 4 different accounts, and my combined all-time RTP is around 12%. That is ridiculously low and strongly suggests that something is seriously wrong here.
What raises even more red flags is the fact that this site apparently operated for a long time without a proper licensor, and now suddenly claims to be licensed by a provider that already has a very questionable reputation. From my perspective, this just adds to the feeling that something is off and that fairness is not guaranteed.
There is zero transparency, and everything just feels manipulated.
I have never experienced anything like this before. It genuinely feels like you are being taken advantage of.
Final verdict: Completely untrustworthy. Stay far away.

Gamdom has been one of the fairest platforms I have used. The overall experience felt transparent, and the support team stood out as exceptionally responsive and helpful.
I initially made a mistake during Level 1 KYC by entering an incorrect name, not realising it needed to match my official documents. Despite continuing to play and eventually winning, this caused an issue when I attempted to withdraw and was asked to complete Level 2 KYC.

Very disappointing experience with Gamdom customer support.
After being an active user and losing money over a long period, I reached out to live chat hoping for some level of support or at least proper communication. Unfortunately, the agent provided only repetitive, scripted responses and made no effort to actually understand or help.
There was no escalation, no flexibility, and no sense of customer care. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand losses are part of gambling, but the way support handles customers during difficult situations says a lot about a platform. In this case, it shows a lack of respect and responsibility toward users.
