The service is excellent, and I have been ordering from them for a long time. It helped resolve a problem I had, and I hope there will be further development and more services in the future.

I didn't get my product at all. I placed an order on July 10th, and it's still on hold. I didn't get a single communication from them regarding where it is. I lost my money, and didn't get anything, and that's very suspicious. #21569

It's literally impossible to be on hold for 3 months and not communicate, prolly the most obvious scam.

I Paid for gift cards, They are not being delivered, and there is no response from support.

I placed an order for Game Cardi on September 15, 2025. Currently, the order is still pending. Customer support is not responding on the website or via email. There is simply no response. Only the status “Processing” is displayed. Since my gift cards have not been delivered yet, I absolutely do not recommend this store.

I placed multiple orders on Game Cardi on 22 July 2025 using my Visa card to purchase Binance gift cards. It’s now been over 20 hours, and all my orders are still stuck in “Processing.”

I submitted support tickets, sent them an email, and even messaged them on Facebook and WhatsApp — absolutely no response.

This is extremely unprofessional for a digital store. I’ve now filed a dispute with my bank due to non-delivery of paid digital goods.

Game Cardi, if you actually monitor your Trustpilot:

Update: After I posted this review, Game Cardi delivered the gift cards. However, the support delay was unacceptable — I hope they improve response times.

They removed FawryEgyP payment which was crucial for payment...This renders then not useful atm

I made a $100 purchase 3 days ago and my order hasn't arrived yet, it's still in process and the support team isn't responding, I've already sent an email and tried to communicate in every way possible.

I made a review last time,, they responded on my review saying I can contact them on WhatsApp. yet when I contacted on WhatsApp there was still no response.. they charge alot of fees but yet their service is poor. I have given 2star this time because I was able to get my gift card which I could redeem. but to be honest guys I don't encourage anyone to use this site.. if something goes wrong there will be no one to help you as they do not respond to any customer.

I made purchases 2 days ago. Its just showing processing and i sent documents they dont reply even on whatsapp . Emails they dont answer .
