Started off well, Until I logged in and found someone had deleted a 3 of my destiny characters . They told me it wasn't them and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward 8 months and I've purchased a PS5 and tried to link my Xbox account with cross play to my new PS5. Which I can't now do as they have authorised one of there own PS on my cross play and I have no way to remove it. Which ultimately means losing all progress (Again)

I paid an outrageous price of $150 for them to complete a raid in destiny 2 in challenge mode they didn't even make it past the first encounter before quitting and I have yet to receive a refund from them I've contacted them but they are ignoring me THIS IS A SCAM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISED. I have spoken with other uses of their services and they all had a similar problem they couldn't do what they promised and then took the money and ran off ghosting you. I have been banned off their messages board. So please SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DESTINY 2 ACCOUNT AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
