Poco professionali

Long delivery times (2 weeks)
Try contacting them by phone or email (they don't respond)
Product arrived apparently intact (unopened because I have to return it because I didn't want to buy it)
If they give me a return, I can just turn a blind eye and not report it to the relevant authorities.
