I ordered a GPU seven days ago, and the order still hasn’t been fulfilled. There’s no option to cancel on their website, even though it’s clearly not going to ship on time.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times by email and through their chatbot, but I haven’t received any response. They’ve taken my money, haven’t sent the item, and are now ignoring all communication.

This feels like very unprofessional and potentially scammy behavior. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be reporting this to the CCPC in Ireland and requesting a chargeback. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Worst company I have every came across I don’t need to explain the hardship I am having much like the rest of these reviews

This company's a festering pile of incompetence, a black hole sucking in cash and spitting out nightmares. Jason, the snake-oil peddling tyrant at the helm, is a walking biohazard—the most soul-sucking, backstabbing leech I've ever had the misfortune to cross paths with. I had to nuke the transaction via chargeback just to reclaim my stolen euros from his grubby paws. Stay far, far away, you parasitic frauds.

Ordered a monitor, seems simple enough....
Money taking out of my account in full,.... seems easy enough.....
All looks well....
Until nothing....
Two weeks still nothing.
Got some emails back after the storm in Ireland and was told my order can't be delivered to my location...
I've gotten Amazon/dhl/an post/FedEx all delivered to my location for two weeks now with no problems what so ever.
The whole lot turned into a nightmare and the lack and I mean LACK of communication is absolutely the worst EVER...
Stay FAR FAR AWAY.
Asking for a refund is going to be a joke now too. STAY AWAY

SCAM. Stay away.

2 months waiting for parts.
They replied to the first email stating that they are still awaiting payment and as soon as I pay the amount they would process my order.
I replied with the payment details and clarified that the goods were paid for and I haven't heard anything since, No replies to several emails.
This is a scam website.
I will review this review if they contact me with a reasonable excuse.
Edit: After many emails I could still get no satisfaction from Gameforce. I had confirmation emails and receipts even an apology for the delay with an expected delivery date from gameforce all of which I shared with them and still no satisfaction, at either ignoring initial emails and eventually a sharp "your choice" response. I did eventually manage to get a refund by instigating a chargeback to my card.
I am now receiving email from gameforce saying that they refunded me on the 29/09/24. This is simply not correct the system showed my order cancelled on the 14/11/24 after I instigated a chargeback. From my experience this is not a company I would trust as a supplier.
