I live in europe and this website definitely worked, I received the reward I asked for, so it does work. However it has some issues, some times some quests aren't accepted, and their support never answers

New review since I've been getting refunded my 2x 200 robux rewards constantly. I've been buying, getting refunded, buying, refunded, and so on.

Either fix your refund system or make it so if you have it out of stock, don't show it.

It's a good website, but have some issues.

The Website is very legit but for some of my quest it got accepted but some not. For example, I did the Tanki Online Quest in which it clearly shows that it was my username on it:

Username: GhostGamer0_o
Tanki Online: GhostGamer0_o

Edit: I never played the game before

it is a good platform for the one who loves to play games and explore them and on the side they give you some rewards if you solve some quest it can result in some money but there are some links and games that does not work no matter how hard you try

The chests are rigged.

You unlock steam rewards only to be told you must be level 3. You work hard to get to level 3 only to be told awaiting dispatch, which may take 30days.

No contact form for support unless paid for VIP. Although they still won’t respond.

Terrible platform. Account now deleted.

Gamehag has been getting worse for latinamerica, since a couple of years... a lot of offers for my Country are "under maintenance with Misty Spells" and the issue with this kind of system is that you need to be Fisrt installed game to try to win the reward because not all the time the rewards of the missions are paid. After a lot of time I could collect my gems and claim my prize quickly.

"Thank you for rating. We do not have CS:GO skins at this moment and we have to refund them sadly. For now we would like to encourage you to pick up a different reward for example Steam Wallet! Thanks to that you can get your skin from Marketplace :)"

Major change since a few months on Gamehag :you cannot contact the Support like before with Misty, should you have any issue with their rewards. I bought a 50€ steam wallet code but it was already used.

It works! Have been collecting gems for a year and got 50e giftcard to nintendo eshop. Sometimes loading the games properly is a bit fiddly, and you cannot receive rewards until level 3, but overall a decent experience.

I have ordered multiple things in the past that have never arrived. But now it really seems like the Website is a scam. The support is not availible anymore, unlike before where i had to contact support in order to get my rewards.

I did everything they asked for the task. Once I sent a screenshot for approval, they claimed the account is not new. This is false, as I created it for the first time through their link. They simply refuse to give points and attempt to find any excuse to avoid it. My advice is not to waste your time with those scammers.

So I never wanted to do this but we'll its about time.
I've been with gamehag for some time but only ever done 2 orders.
1st order went no problem had it in 24hrs but 2nd order uhh yeah been 6 days and nothing so I will write an honest review now.
Prizes are pretty decent I mean they have games that are redeemable, vouchers its a sweet deal but what is wrong is that one minite a crypto voucher was 5499 then 2 mins later its 7499 that is not right especially if you go through k4g to get gems. That's not good

Support...well I have done numerous tickets over these 6 days and no one has replied not even once why offer support if you aren't even gonna ask I know its been Xmas but I did plenty of time before and there has been today but nothing which leads me to doubt that gamehag even has support.i have ticket numbers if you need to look into it.

One thing I do like is the random chests these are pretty cool but yet again I have a code still waiting in despatch so I have now been put off.

It pains me because the fact that I have waited 6 days and nothing yet I asked a friend to do it and he got his in 24hrs is very disappointing because you should be sorting out ones who did theirs first.

They have forums too.

All in all the Prizes are good but it's the lack of support and the fact they can't be bothered to even get in touch and that even random codes are being held for what they claim can be 30 days( which we know ut doesn't take that long) it just feels like they pick and choose the high payers is why I'm giving 2 stars im sorry but it is what it is. I most definitely won't go back but I want what I paid for first.

Major update.

They refused my crypto vouchers and now stolen my gems all of them that I used to pay for them I'd avoid like the plague and I do plan on taking this further as it's theft.22,398 gems as of the 2nd of January and its no lie either I have all the proof that they have done this.

As expected gamehag don't want to talk,I waited for and email,phonecall the lot but nothing so for anyone expecting anything back from this company who are doing what they are doing I wouldn't expect a miracle and I'd steer clear of their sister site also please guys I'm just being honest I don't want you losing money like I have
