order not received nor was the money paid back
Order paid by bank transfer and open since 16.08.2012.
A partial delivery with a false, lower quality products obtained after about 4 weeks, but 2 items still not arrived at my place neither was the money paid refunded by the gameheaven company
The company is also difficult to reach per phone and email - no reaction per email and the shop is not reachable by phone during office hours in an average of 9 out of 10 cases, and within the last 4 weeks not at all.
Conclusion: the reliability is highly questionable, I'm not sure if I'll receive the money back or get the ordered items - and I will make use of my legal protection insurance
