Got game, but after a long frustating waiting time
I've come to expect games to be delivered in a few minutes or instantly. The cooperation with the payment site didn't work correctly, so the money from my bank was gone, but I couldn't see if Gameholds had received it. I wrote an email to gameholds and didn't get a response. Few hours later I thankfully got the email with the key. Skyrim Legendary edition on steam, works perfectly.

Got my Rise of the Tomb Raider steam key the day of its release. I recommend gameholds.com for their competitive prices. I first thought I would get my key early because I pre-ordered, but the customer service answered promptly saying keys are usually sent on the release day. No complain.

They took pre-order game bonuses ... artful and cheeky support !
Recently I pre-order game and as every pre-order you have some bonus. In this case it was another(older) game for free + some in game bonuses (when I checked with game dev. bonus was available for any pre-order !!! THATS WHY YOU PREORDER GAMES!!! TO GET SOMETHING EXTRA !!!
I didnt receve single bonus or free game and gameholds.com support told me that they never promise any bonus with the game !!!!!! But on the website description was full game pre-order. NOTHING about missing bonuses !!! NOTHING about cut version !!! Support was artful and not polite ! In the end they didnt solve the case and just told me that there is nothing they can do ! I would never use this shop again !
