After initial problems encountered with the delivery of software ordered and paid for on 12th April I was pleased that the license key and download information was emailed to me today (17th April).
It would have been helpful to have some confirmation that the contact form(s) that I had submitted had been received and would be dealt with in due course.
Now a happy customer again.

I wish I could select no stars, absolutely terrible company
I wish I could select no stars. I tried making a second purchase of the same product because the code didn’t come through which is supposed to be instant. Same thing happened. So I have two payments made and no product. They advertise being open 7 days a week 24 hours a day and “personal customer service” It’s been three days and I have had no response from emails sent. Avoid at all costs
