Bought an Office Pro Plus Key from these guys, initially worked fine and has now stopped.
They accused me of breaking it - clearly a stolen key!
Will not refund or send a new key

Did not deliver my key. Finally got a customer service response that says they cannot send a key nor did they send a refund. Avoid this company. I'll now have to claim my money back on my credit card which won't be straight forward.

You buy a package from them to install software and cannot then re-install it. A waste of money

Avoid, never sent me a key and cannot contact them.

After one year, the code became invalid and a notification from Windows came that the code was illegally acquired or is stolen. When contacting support they claim it's impossible.

Bought key to upgrade version of windows 8 to 10, BECAUSE IT'S ON THE GOOGLE SEARCH first references, I wanted an OEM to install it on an friend's notebook, as I know she will keep her laptop like forever and barelly use it. Thinking, "Cool ! OEM's cheap because it can only work on one pc !" ... Hell I thought it could be a scam, that was ! Activation key doesn't work, for all I know it's just a stupid keygen for trial version of windows... Damn, one scammer might be driving on a Rolls, doing nothing but pissing of everyone else for this siht.

I purchased a key for Office Professional 2016 and when I tried to validate the software Microsoft sent me a message telling me that the their records do not recognise the Installation Identification Number as a valid product.

I have sent a message to the company and they have not responded to me.

My bank tells me that they will invoke 'Charge Back' unless my payment is refunded within fourteen days. They said they will also take a view of the complaints on this review site.

Update 01/05/21. My bank has now invoked Charge Back against this scam.

Do not use this site, no product delivered, no response from emails, but money taken from bank account, a bunch of crooks.

Bought office 2019 pro plus. The download is defective. You can not download direct from microsoft anymore so I will never know if the license key is valid so as useful as a chocolate teapot. Complained but they never replied. It is a scam!

Bought a key for office 2016. Followed their own steps for installing and activating using phone method but the process wouldn't work as the office installation would not allow me to authorise the key and said it was no longer supported.
Contacted game key discounter but would not refund.
Their review section on their website is rigged.
Do not trust.
Got another key from another site and worked straight away.

Unfortunately a trusted friend recommended these guys. First issue was them only accepting wire transfer as a method of payment but they came recommended so I thought what could go wrong. I gave my details then received an email asking me to make payment using the given details enclosed. I did this using the reference number given followed by my surname. Days later no product. When I first queried this I was asked for proof of payment which was sent, only to be told that because I put my surname after the reference it would have to be found manually, which would take a further 3 business day's. Three days later ... nothing !!! When I questioned this now I'm being told they are having problems with there bank due to Brexit and will refund my money as soon as possible.
Don't go anywhere near these guys people. They have wasted my time and I'm waiting to see if i get my money back.

I have used gameskey in the past using paypal etc, with no problems but i have had a problem with Wire transfer to Icepay using gameskey and what a nightmare it has been.

Once you purchase the product, you get an email from ice pay in which you need to transfer with your bank and the international charges you are also faced with and then good luck with the big trail of emails to icepay and gameskey discounter wondering what is happening with my purchase and where has my money gone. The communication with gameskey has been pretty decent, but do not use WIRE transfer and ICEPAY as i m around 45 GBP out of pocket. Hopefully this will get resolved and i will update this review in due course.

Update:
It has taken nearly 5 weeks for the transaction from a business account through to icepay to reach gameskey. So ignore the 3 day wire transaction statement on the gameskey website.

I would totally avoid wire transfer through icepay, you have been warned. I have now asked for a refund as I had purchased a key from another source.

Received maxed out activation key. Sent four emails requesting a valid key - absolutely zero response. Purchase at your own risk of getting nothing, wasting time and handing your CC detials to a nefarious vendor.

It's a scam. I paid for a license and the number they sent didn't work

I bought office 2019 11 months ago. I read the instructions sent and had to use the manual rather than the automatic registration.
In my experience, Gamekeydiscounter were then, and also recently when my PC had a flip, they were very responsive and replied to emails within a day.
My experience has been a good one.

Avoid buying from this site.

Bought a serial code for Microsoft Office 2019, only to have been given a code that had expired. I sent multiple emails and messages on the site with no response and so am left financially down with nothing to show for it.

Would not recommend in the slightest.

I had initially rated Gamekey 1 star, but have retracted after, with the help of an IT friend the second code Gamekey sent me did work.

Product Quality- After getting a second key from Gamekey, Office 2019 software works fine so am happy with that.

Customer Service- I still think customer service was average. Gamekey did respond when I asked for a new product key to be sent.

Ease of getting refund- Gamekey wanted proof of purchase and error. And unless you are taking screen shots because you install it on the Gamekey page, the first time I had not email of purchase from Gamekey. I was relying on my proof of purchase from PayPal and screen shot of the error message.

When they sent me a new product key it was impossible for me to know how to install it myself. Because the only page from Gamekey takes you to the payment page. I asked for a money refund instead because I couldn't use the product which they refused.

When I asked Gamekey for help, they kept asking for screenshots which I couldn't provide because once I already had a temporary version of Office 2019 it was not obvious to know how to use product key. I was ready to write off the money when my technical friend was able to use the key and now it works fine.

Utter con. Bought office key and won’t install even after 3 hrs with Microsoft and PayPal refuse to refund without proof. It’s a con avoid.

I considered buying this because of the low price, but a bit of online research suggests that it is effectively a scam. It seems it is possible to buy a volume product license (as sold to organisations with numbers of users) and then illegally re-sell the product key. While this may work for a while, it is not guaranteed to carry on working. I shall not buy a copy that it too cheap here or anywhere else.
