I pre-ordered a product in June, and upon release day a few months later, I didn't receive a shipping notification. I waited a bit, and they item never showed. So, I reached out to customer service; Kathy gave me the runaround, saying the item was from a supplier, so they had to wait on them to ship the item out. I requested a refund, but they said the funds had already been paid to the supplier. That's not my problem! After a few times chatting and calling Kathy, she eventually gave me the contact info for someone at Murph & Company named Robert. He told me he could send me a refund and asked if I preferred check or PayPal -- of course I answered immediately and then never heard from him again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
