Long Support time
It’s reliable but support takes very long. I have my national ID and passport verified, but it doesn’t automatically let me deposit. I already contacted support around 24 hours ago, but they still haven’t responded my ticket. Hope I can deposit and use my wallet soon because there is money on it. It doesn’t feel right having 1.3k just sitting there not knowing when I can use it.

I tried to buy a skin on the website i paid 27.45€ with card after that i didn’t received the skin ,i asked for a refund and I haven’t received that either so in my eyes this is a total scam

i bought an agent for 50 euro and the seller didnt send me a tradeoffer. i started a dispute and write to the staff. but no answer. i can not recommend anyone to buy skins here do it take very very long time. first 18 hours for the trade to get finnished. when that fail 24 more hour. and the admins are not fast on answering. i just wanted a new skin and now i waited 3 days in total. no money back en they have not answer me. i dont know what to do. dont invest your money on this site. they are slower then swedish postnord. So you have changed something on your Steam acccount. This has resulted that the seller cannot send you the item.
With all due respect, I understand that its annoying you did not get a quick reply from our support - and we are working on staffing up!
I just dont think it's fair that you give us a 1-star review for a mistake that is your own. We are not in control of your Steam account and whether it can send or receive trades.

I bought a knife from the GamerPay…
I bought a knife from the GamerPay website. The seller didn't deliver it, and I had to wait 18 hours to request a refund (whereas most sites have a waiting period of 1 to 3 hours). After waiting 18 hours, the seller still hadn't sent the knife, so I initiated a refund request. Normally, on any other site, I should have received my refund immediately after the specified time had passed. However, not only did I not get my refund right away, but I also have to wait 1-2 days for the support team to respond, as if I haven't already wasted enough time.

Once a trade is canceled, the refund process is started, and your funds are always returned — we never keep money from failed trades.

first, you could tell on your website that you don't sell them, the players do. I thought this works in the same way as, for example, skinport, but it doesn't. I thought I would get my knife for which I spent 150 euros, but the player never signed an exchange contract. However, I had a week's tradeban on Steam, which I was looking forward to when it went off and I would get the knife, but yesterday I found out that I will never get the knife I paid for. I hear I will get my money back, but even that takes 5-10 business days. **** this really. Let me be clear. GamerPay is not a scam. We are a peer to peer marketplace, which means users sell directly to each other, and your money is held safely in escrow until the item is delivered. If the seller does not deliver, you are fully protected and refunded.
That said, the experience you had with this specific trade is not the experience we want anyone to have. Waiting through a trade ban only to see the seller fail to deliver is understandably disappointing. We also agree that it should be clearer how the system works and what buyers can expect.
You are correct that refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and bank. We are actively working on reducing that timeframe.

I bought a weapon for 21 euros
I bought a weapon for 21 euros, and I had to wait 18 hours for someone to confirm it. I saw the seller online multiple times, but they ignored it, as if they were trolling.
After 18 hours, a message appeared on their website saying I could confirm the trade. However, every time I clicked on it, I was redirected to the Steam store, and there was nothing there!
Okay, I clicked on dispute resolution, and now I've been waiting another 12 hours, but no one has contacted me. It's awful.
And you know what's the best part? That player had 100% positive feedback with only one completed trade. After my trade, they now have two completed trades and still maintain a 100% recommendation rating.
Meanwhile, my purchased weapon is nowhere to be found, my money is gone, and there is no support anywhere. I'm curious to see if they will respond after another 12 hours.

Depoed for the first time to buy a item i wanted, the crypto deposit took more than a day to arrive, support never replied, the item i wanted sold and there was nothing i wanted on site. Wouldnt use it again

No money refunds!
SkinsCash is selling on GamerPay and bunch of deliveries are failing but showing up as delivered. When contacting support it takes weeks to get your money back. Support is telling me they'll send it at a certain day put then don't and stop replying, definitely not recomennded. Lost a customer.

No instant crypto deposit, many errors when trying to buy items(server error or the item is not longer for sale even though it is shown on site). Long support response time compared to competition. I would consider continuing to use it if they didn't go back to deposit and withdrawal fees(1,5% bank deposit, 2,5% withdraw, cheapest crypto about 2,2%)
