I would give zero stars but can't. Went thru "partner link" to play and meet conditions for the promised partners site to pay out a bonus. When bonus never came, despite partner link showing installed- so it must have tracked in some way, emailing skillz gets a generic copy paste reply

Upon reviewing your account, we found that the reason is due to the game not being downloaded through our offer-wall partner's affiliate link. As a result, proper attribution to your account did not occur as intended. Utter bull as the partner site shows installed so how would they know if their link wasn't used??
Interestingly the screenshot I took Oct 7th is different to what screen shows now when I look???

This people are the worst. Do not play any games for this company.
They steal your money. I had 3 non-authorized debits to my checking account and they wont do anything about it. I left yesterday a review on the app Bubble Cube and they deleted it.
Someone contact me via email about making it right and when I went through the same issue with this lady as I had done for 2 days with others in that company, someone else got back to me name Mark(not sure if this are bogus names) and he said he could not find any tickets for my complaint, LIAR! Then I went through it again and now they've ignore my emails. I posted another review on the site but I know they will delete it again. Now I have to go through my bank dispute the charges which will cause my debit card to be blocked and I have to wait for a new one. Someone in that place is stealing money. DO NOT PLAY ON THEIR SITES FOR MONEY! I have file a complaint with reportfraudftc.gov.

When my money game on Match Harmony crashed twice in a row, they sent me a warning, saying they won't refund my money if it keeps happening. Basically they said I seemed to be having too many crash issues in a short period of time. I had 2 crashes in a 4 month period, on an expensive new phone with tons of ram and memory, etc. In the past, they made me send them my system files to prove to them it was not my device causing the issue just to get my money back.
The fact of the matter is, the money games constantly crash but not practice games. Skillz will blame your phone, your system, your pc... doesn't matter what platform you're on or how fast your wifi is. It is an issue on their end, of them either not being able to handle the load on their servers, or just plain faulty development. To blame the customers for their issues is pretty low for a company such as Skillz. Us gamers know developing is tough, and never perfect. Deleted all their games, even though I love playing them, due to these business practices.

This people cheat soo bad on their game neither it freeze while I play or on a match game you play first and have them know your score then match you up to loose. They joke with the game cause it not them that loose. I am not a sore looser but how can games like that publicly be on play store or on App Store. Havent you business gain enough from covid by receiving money don’t use it for the company rebuild and team up with each other to gain more! From google to bank etc operates. It’s low and when things happen i will be there to feel sry cause all that money didn’t resolve your issue. Back to skillz and it’s from cheating with calculation to manipulating the game you consider people blind how long you think it’ll last. You don’t feel bad at night or face your family for your method in making money?
