X5s - Warranty applied
I recently bought a GameSir X5s Bluetooth controller and unfortunately, it arrived with a hardware defect in the L2 trigger (ghost inputs). I was very worried because I live outside the US and using a courier service makes returns very difficult.
I contacted GameSir Support, and their response was incredible. After I sent a video showing the issue, they immediately processed a replacement order without requiring me to return the defective unit. I just received the new controller, and I couldn't be happier.
It is rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. Highly recommended!
Super nova xinput fix
I was trying for solution to fix super nova not recognised by windows as xinput device for over 3 hours, With help from Gemini pro, youtube, reddit and they gave me a solution in 5 minutes.

Pre-ordered controller issues - required multiple back and forth with Customer Service to get the proper fix
Pre-ordered the G7 Pro ZZZ edition on the GameSir website but got a faulty controller - faceplate issues, left analog stick bump and stickiness without the faceplate.
Customer Support (Discord) eventually sent over a new one but this was after multiple recordings of the controller issue, being redirected from GameSir Support over to their Discord channel, and a lot of back and forth for 3 days.
At one point during the conversation, they called out the "defects" but they said their testing team determined that the analog stick sticking without the faceplate was "normal". I had to echo my point again to confirm if this was indeed "normal" and they eventually offered a partial discount. Keep in mind this is ~$140 controller, with warranty.
Someone from Discord jumped in to comment on the back and forth and they were able to send a replacement.
I received the new controller after >12 days - there are tiny differences and it seems some tiny defects on the main faceplate, but everything else works as expected so far.
Besides the back and forth and the weird redirect to Discord, Customer Support has been quite responsive. I may order again, but through Amazon and not the GameSir website.

I purchased their G7 Pro controller and had to go through BestBuy to replace it three times! I finally reached out to GameSir support so they could send me a new batch and they took less than an hour to respond and send me the tracking link for a new one. Awesome support. The controller itself feels great (apart from the issue) and feels sturdy. The charging dock is also a very nice addition, especially for $80. Would buy from GameSir again.

The support team of Gamesir is really the best. I had an issue with my game pass (it was saying game pass was already used) which I had received with their XBOX Controller g7 SE, I was unable to renew it. After contacting with the support team they had provided me with a new game pass.
The whole process was so smooth and the team was really swift with their actions. My pass ends today and today itself they have provided me with a new one. The guy who was in contact with me was really humble and made my experience with the team really awesome. Thanks to them for helping me out. Great team!!

To those who are reading this and are hesitant about purchasing a gamesir product, don’t be. I recommend gamesir to everyone I know. I especially recommend their newer controllers built with the newest technology that offer top of the line quality and performance you would expect from other “more established” companies but for half the price. It seems too good to be true at first, until you realize how great this company is built from the people to the standards. Customer service is by far the best. They help you with any questions or issues you might have. Very happy I went with my gut and bought the G7 Pro, best gaming investment I’ve made so far.

Very helpful. I thought I locked my controller up so it wouldn’t turn on and they guided me to try and fix it but it still don’t turn on I was not aware I had a warranty and they sent me a replacement controller!
Love the Controller, 10/10 Customer service!
I've had the g7 pro for 3 months and it is honestly the best controller I have used. I had the elite series 2 pro controller that felt cheaply made, I had it for a year before stick drift set in and the bumpers stopped working. I replaced the parts and it still didn't work. Having the G7 pro, game changer for real. The buttons feel and sound amazing. The only downside was when I had was when I need to update the controller itself.
It wouldn't connect via wired connection. I took every step possible to fix it, but it didn't work. I went to the discord and made a support ticket and immediately got someone to help me. Shout out to GameSir Shark for hearing me out and taking the time out of their holiday season to trouble shoot and get a replacement sent out to me! Thank you!
